I had ordered a small hot chocolate for my son, at kids temp, and instead of letting me know it’s comes from a dispenser, they handed out a hot chocolate that was at least 140-160 (I say this with 8years of barista experience including managing). I burnt my own tongue so I can’t imagine if I hadn’t checked it, how burnt my sons mouth would be…
I then went in and asked if I could get another but at kids temp and again, they didn’t let me know there was no kids temp and instead started putting ice cubes in it? I asked if it could be remade and that’s when they decided to let me know it came from a dispenser and I asked if I could have it remade and milk added to it and they argued again that it’s made with water. I had to ask a second time for my drink to be remade and milk put into it. The younger dude with brown hair was beyond rude when he spoke to me. Both of their attitudes were not acceptable in a coffee shop and would not be considered friendly or good customer service. I suggest letting your customers know the full details on how something is made if they ask for something so they can either go elsewhere or ask for something different. Common courtesy… even if you’ve never been asked that...
Read moreI love Dunkin’ and was so excited when this place opened close to my new house. But I will make the drive from now on to the Chicago drive Dunkin’ way better service there and at least they correct wrong orders. Went this morning because my step son begged for a sprinkle donut. Ordered three of them and a bagel for myself. Get home and the three donuts were only glazed on the top and not with the frostings we chose nor had sprinkles on them, my bagel was “toasted” but it must have been hours ago because it was freezing cold mind you I live 3 minutes away. My fiancé went back with the donuts in hand and they refused to fix them and said “we don’t even have an order in our system that matches that” mind you we had the receipt time stamped and all. Only 16 minutes after open this morning and only one car in front of me so they were not busy at all. No excuse for this one sorry. Had to go to the meijer to get my son an actual frosted sprinkle donut because I’m not going to let my 4 year old down because Dunkin’ doesn’t wanna right their wrong. Lady at the window was a complete B. Will gladly make the 20 minute drive to the he is on location. Hope the alpine one can get it together before they...
Read moreWhat a nightmare again. This second chance had me furious. I understand it's Dunkin Donuts a name thats been around as long as I can recall. But the help was something else, they acted like they couldn't step up. It was busy which further shows its a rather good place. But I feel like everytime I have been here it not very business oriented. Friend walked out after having already placed order of two hashbrown's, five minutes after ordering was to much. Then it took like two three minutes to get out of parking spot, and another timed eight and a half minutes to get around building to the main street. The layout for a business that is as busy as some Starbucks should have a layout for parking. After several years at same company, I understand taking the help you can get. But yeah I myself am done here. If you want a good donut, yeah I'd still suggest dunkin donuts, but I would advise it being foot traffic, and a real whole lot of understanding. Sorry to say this, but I gotta tell you. This is probably worst review I have given. I was wavering between 1 an 2 stars. But I honestly have liked their donuts, I rated...
