Kim & Dan, you never really know what someone is going through in their personal lives. & it shows that you have lack of compassion when it comes to my frustrations after too many inaccuracies at your Pharmacy over the last year & you now refusing to transfer my Rx back to you guys from another pharmacy. If you want to call me “rude” that’s fine, I absolutely became more audacious after you decided to give me bare minimum information twice, while making me play “duck duck goose” between you, Rite Aid & my Doctor. I have gone to your pharmacy for YEARS as a CP native. And for KIM to laugh it off as if it was my fault that I didn’t know a procedure when she had a few minutes to tell me prior, or even offer to do it while talking on the phone, then grossly abusing her power by refusing to transfer a prescription for me, that just had !!!!spinal cord surgery!!!!!! & hanging up on me.
