I have only ever gone here early mornings about 7-8am. I am literally never coming here again. They have burned my food, burned my drinks. Been incredibly rude, gave me the wrong drink.... The last time I came was the worst though. I had an app order and I came told the girl she walked away to look for it and the manager came up to me a minute or two later. Asked me what I wanted and I told her I had ordered in the app. She told me there was no app orders in their system I must have the wrong Dunkin. I confirmed the address and she told me it wasn't there. I told her what I ordered and she told me that unless I want her to pick my pick donuts at random shell have to run back and forth asking which donuts I want and they were out of big boxes for donuts and if I wanted them she'd have to "smash them into munchkin boxes" which sounded bad so I asked for my money back about it and she told me she couldn't do that. So I wanted my donuts because I paid for them. And I went to have her my phone because it listed the donuts I wanted.. She looked at me told me they don't have my order in their system again and I tried to explain to her the donuts I want are listed right there. She yelled into the kitchen, without even trying to step away "someone come deal with this I can't handle this right now." The original girl came back and asked what I needed and I told her again I had ordered in the app. She looked at her screen, verified my name, and grabbed my order. My order that was already ready. The donuts and the drinks. That girl was kind and quick. But the manager was so rude and awful and I don't understand why she was lying? Regardless I actually took the survey after this. I was offered a free dozen from the district manager I just refused to go back to this DD and they let me choose another one but I honestly feel bad like I'm punishing a good store for another stores bad service. But I won't go back to this one. I could only imagine what the manager would do to my food if I tried to claim my donuts here....

Like a normal day taking my kids to the school they want donuts for breakfast, I was about to place the order of a half dozen when the lady through the speaker cordially asked for my order, I was mentioned to her the six donuts flavors and then she stopped to me asking me (are you getting just donuts or you will need something else). I said just the donuts, and she answer back: I'm sorry just the donuts or something else? I thought at that point the speaker were not working well, then I repeat just the half donuts PLEASE. then she said ok hold on a second, and instead to turn off the microphone I could hear how she was talking with somebody else and laughing. I didn't give importance at all because I still have some cars on front of me and it was just few seconds. Then she start taking my order again repeating the donuts flavors that I mentioned before but in a wrong way. I repeat again my donuts flavors and she when I said 2 strawberry glaze with sprinkles without let me finished, she said, yes thats what I said. I said to her, not sorry you said 2 chocolate with sprinkles and I'm try to...she stopped me again and said no, I did not, then I just pull over to the window to try to place my order with somebody else to keep having a nice day. And she was there yelling me, having a bad attitude against me, (what you want, tell me, hurry up) and of course nicely ask her to stop and let me order my donuts with the girl that was next to her that at the same time was surprised about the girl attitude. Manager came, didn't help, I took my donut and guess what, she missed the order putting a wrong single donut different of what I asked. Of course I didn't come back and I won't come back to that...
Read moreJust finished my overnight shift at 6AM and decided to get a snack at this location, since it's very close to my work. I was expecting above average quality food since I was the only vehicle going thru drive-thru and it was still early in the morning. I had to repeat myself several times to the lady taking my order, after placing my order, this lady (Brittany, #56334) at the window asks me to pull forward past the pick-up window and then wanted me to reverse back to the pick up window. (I get it, every store has a performance evaluation as to how quickly you prepare the food and hand it to the customer, so you decide to cheat and/or lie about your store's realistic numbers by pulling this wasteful effort, but maybe you should just focus on effort and attention towards making the food instead)
Didn't take long to get my food, drove away, pull out the wake-up wrap, bite into it....the LONGEST piece of hair was in my mouth. I had to pull over to the nearest parking lot, began to cough to reverse the food from my throat, and used my hand to yank out this long hair that was fused with my food. At that moment I checked my other wrap, I checked my ice coffee and hashbrowns felt like stones, but I threw out all of the food anyway. I was far too disgusted...
When working with food, put something on your head to prevent disgusting moments like this! I mean, what if it was your food?! It's clear that the folks that work here don't care about breaking FDA Food Code, but why should they care? I'm sure the pay is terrible, so they problably couldn't care less, right?
