Sarku Japan — Restaurant in Altamonte Springs

Over time the prices increased, the food quality has gotten worse. They will quite literally hound you to try a sample but once you order they get annoyed with any question or interaction. Its quite a 180 once they got your money. They are also so stingy and contempful of their customers that they have a little sign that says "no cups of water!!!", even for a charge, but their bottles of water is overpriced so you can just go to any of the food court restaurants next to them and get one there. There's now other restaurants with the same items in that food court so there's no reason to visit...

The food at Sarku Japan is very good, especially if you're a fan of fresh hibachi-style dishes. The flavors are satisfying, and the portions are generous for the price. However, the location being inside Altamonte Mall is a bit of a drawback. You have to order from the food court and eat at the shared mall seating area, which can sometimes be crowded or lack the ambiance of a standalone restaurant. Just had the most horrible experience in customer service with the cashier! Super rude! I bring my entire working team to come eat every time we are in the area. We love the food but unfortunately won’t be back! For the owners please take this review to be aware of the employees you have!
