Last night my family and I went to Fazoli’s in Alton. We went in my husband and son went to the restroom, I went and got us a table. My husband then got in line to order us food. I was sitting at the table when a women came up to me (I’m assuming it was the manager, brown short hair early to middle 40s) first thing she said to me in the rudest tone “where’s your family” at first I was very taken back, I said “in line” she said, “you have to give up for your table, these people were here before you”. I was seeing red and I usually don’t get mad over things. Excuse me, we actually came in before them just didn’t order before them because we had to make a pit stop at the restroom. Also there was no sign that said you had to order first then sit. This manager woman was very hateful and rude. We left and took our money to a different establishment. I will never go back to Fazoli’s. I will also be putting a complaint with corporate office as soon as they open on Monday. Also, if I could give it zero stars that’s Fazoli’s in Alton, IL...
Read moreI havent been to Fazolis in several years because I don't remember it being all that great, but I saw an ad for their fettucine and it had me craving some chicken alfredo. My sister in law and i went with my son and her daughter. It took 30 minutes to get our order. My chicken fettucine came with 3 quarter sized pieces of chicken. I thought it was a mistake so i took it up to the employee and she took it to the back, told the cook "EXTRA chicken," and I then received 3 more, even smaller pieces of chicken. I honestly couldn't believe it. The food was decent, but I knew in that moment they wouldn't be getting my money again. Fast forward to time to leave, we ordered a basic fettucine alfredo to go for my mother. Another 30 mins passed, the lobby was full of people waiting for their orders.. it was chaotic. Its noodles and sauce, not...
Read moreDear Ms. Patty and Ms. Kitty,
My momma taught me to be respectful, so that is what I’ll be. I don’t appreciate the fact that GROWN ADULTS are bullying a teenager that has turned 18 not even a month ago. That literal CHILD had to go through finding her vehicle, the one she needs to get back and forth to her job which is the store you manage, vandalized with the window broken, and you the ADULT chose to handle the situation by saying you won’t have the store pay for the damages because her car didn’t technically get vandalized since nothing got stolen. It blows my mind that that is the type of person that helps run this store. You just lost an amazing employee and I can’t wait to see which way you choose to run that store into the ground. Thank you and I hope you fix that nasty...
