I am currently working as a Door Dasher in between jobs. I had two orders one from Steak N Shake which I picked up with ease didnât take long. Then another one popped up for Rallyâs. It was about 9:14 pm and my Steak N Shake order wasnât due until 9:42 pm so I had time to pick up the Rallyâs order. I get to Rallyâs there were two cars in front of me. I sat at the intercom for about 8 mins maybe longer and not one person said anything. âWe will be with your shortlyâ nothing like that. I just said Iâm here to pick up a Door Dash order and I stated my customers name. We sat once we got to the window I sat there for about 35 plus mins. That time I was at the window I heard yelling between employees and not once did they apologize for the extended wait, I didnât even get the drinks for my customers order until I received the food after waiting all that time. There was no communication with relaying to me about why it was taking so long. My delivery was late. This place is usually quick on other occasions I just donât understand why there wasnât any communication with what the issue was. This doesnât only affect the workers not getting the food out in a timely manner, but it affected myself the customers that used Door Dash as their delivery source. My rating went down for how late the orders were.    Read moreWent there after getting off work on a Sunday so it was only around 6pm. I waited no shorter than 3 min before someone said, "what's your order". I stated my order and waiting another FULL MIN before he said the amount. No, "pull around" or asking if there was anything else. From there I then proceeded to wait behind one vehicle. There was something obviously wrong with her order or some other issue because after five full minutes she was still there. At this point she should have been told to drive up and wait and let me get my food. Instead I ended up waiting a another ten minutes before I had to back my car up and leave.    Read moreWas overcharged to begin with ask to speak to manager. Manager fixed order total. Gave debit card to pay she said it was declined. I then paid cash. To only pull to the parking lot & check my acct online to see they charged my card. Asked for money bk & or reversal on my card. Got my cash bk. After police interaction the transaction was reveresed when that couldve been done without the cops gettn involved when i showed here the $ was deducted from my acct. Not to mention the manager put her hand in my daughter (13)face thru the window & threatened her. Manager & drive thru person were rude. NEVER AGAIN! And will never recommend!
