This has to be the best cinnamon roll I’ve ever had. The roll has a soft, deep flavor with a perfect amount of cinnamon. My only wish is that that had nutrolls. Everyone is very nice and friendly. And I had no problem meeting the $5 minimum 🤣 I took my time and dined in. It seems there is a regular that sits at the long table and talks to everyone. It’s a great feeling to watch him interact with people. He had the delivery people smiling and laughing. One guy came in just to say hi to him after going through the drive-thru. One of the ladies behind the counter was FaceTiming a young relative. She was lovingly telling the child not to cry - and mommy was going to give them milk. It was a sweet exchange. Overall, if you have a few minutes to enjoy your morning: stop in, grab your favorite donut and a drink, and enjoy the ambiance. It’s busy, but very inviting and fun! You will be ready to face the day with a sense of joy.

Service: 4/10 The woman who rang me up never smiled and I am a bubbly person. Kolache: 4/10 It was so warm and comforting, but the taste was bland, but it had a nice texture. Doughnut: 4/0 It was perfectly iced, nice and puffy, chewy, but the taste didn’t hit the spot.

This is one of 2 donut places I will go to!! Dee's Best Donuts is a tad better but only a TAD! These donuts are so soft and sweet and the kolaches beat Shipley's by FAR!! Dannay's and Dee's kolaches have warm buttery layers that you can unravel and eat! SO GOOD! After I found these 2 places i will NEVER return to Shipley's ever again... it just wouldn't taste...
