I just have to share my experience with Babylon Food Truck in Amarillo — this place is absolutely amazing! The food is authentic Middle Eastern cuisine, full of flavor, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Every bite tastes like it was made with love.

But what really makes Babylon special is the owner. I’m a truck driver, and one night I was running late and called him after he had already closed. Instead of telling me to come back another day, he said, “Don’t worry, I’ll bring you the food.” And he really did — two hours after closing, he personally brought my order all the way to the gas station where I was parked. That kind of kindness and dedication is rare these days.

Babylon Mediterranean Food deserves five stars. The owners were incredibly warm and welcoming, and you can feel the care they put into every detail. The food was unbelievably fresh and flavorful.
