We went in at 8 am and they told us they had to open the shop so the barista proceeded to open for 20 minutes (even though they are supposed to open at 8) and the barista was clearly late for her shift. Once she was ready we went up to her and she said she can only serve us chai and cold brew. They should have just told us to go somewhere else because we told them we wanted lattes. I got the Ronnie protein shake which is strawberry and chocolate flavor made with real fresh strawberries and a high quality protein. Delaney was very helpful and knowledgeable of the flavors.
