Bahama Buck's - Amarillo, S Western St — Restaurant in Amarillo

08/08/2023 - I had never tried Bahama Buck's before, but a friend had recommended it to me. So, I chose a nice HOT day to give them a shot.

WOW! The selection of flavors was surprising, and the quality was impressive. I tried the Margarita flavor with Chili Lemon salt. OMGoodness! That was SO refreshing. Needless to say, I had to turn my car's AC down afterwards!

The person in the window was polite, professional, and prompt, and the scent wafting from the establishment was very enticing.

Although the prices may seem a bit elevated (around $6 for the drink I got), I must point out that it wasn't undersized, nor was the flavor wimpy! In short: this ain't your mama's snowcone shop!

These young people are rude. If you have the door unlocked then you are open for business. It was t like I was going to stay in there and eat my shaved ice. You have 3 people working and it takes all 3 to just tend to the drive thru? I am appalled that someone would talk to us like they did at our age. We are NOT stupid. I haven’t been to this place in a long time, I had fond memories of visiting here in high school. I was disappointed when I saw none of the employees wearing masks, the traffic around the building was a mess because the drive thru line was so long so I had to go inside.
