Jshawn was the manager this entire experience was caused from and not fixed. Worst customer service and management I've ever experienced. I found hair in my sandwich , and then on top of it I asked for rosemary bread and was given white bread instead. Because of having to get to work and in a rush and far away at the time I found the hair and noticed bread was wrong on the road. I was not able to turn around to go get fixed right away. I called in and the manager argued with me about it all and said he was not going to fix it because he said someone else had called in the week prior and he thought I was the same person, he also said that the cook wore a hair net. I went back the same night to ask for my refund completely cause from the management i definitely would never get a sandwich from a place i was disrescpected at. When i went back 3 hours later after work to get my refund or see how the manager response would be, i saw a cook without a hair net . And the same manager argued with me again and told me he was not going to give me my refund even though i found hair in my food and wrong bread. The manager cursed me out and was loud mouthing me in person and as well On the phone and in front of other customers. How he got a management position I have no idea. He is piss poor horrible manager. The worst part is. This was my first experience ever going to a jersey Mike's. I saw my coworker with some food from there and he gave me a recommendation. As a railroader I am we eat out all the time. I definitely do not recommend this location if you do eat jerseys. This was horrible. Read moreBeen a long time since I had service this bad. After standing in line for 10 minutes with noone in front of me another patron came behind me and was immideatly helped. The customer asked me if my order had been taken to which i replied "no but go ahead" he insisted i go before him. The server didn't apologise or even acknowledge the mistake was on her part. Then asked me to repeat my order 3 or 4 times. I have been called many things but never quiet. Then got it wrong 3 times. After paying $55 for sandwiches I also had to grab my own cups from over the register while the server stood there and watched me. Then my sandwiches came to my table and to my dismay the order was wrong. Im not one to make a fuss in restaurants and usually just deal. But this was atrocious, hence this review.
The best part of my visit was the patron behind me who commented that I was "..very gracious." After witnessing the terrible scenario that unfolded.

The place seemed plenty staffed, but the wait time was very long for a sandwich. The flies were landing all over my sandwich while the employees were making it and they didn’t seem to care or shoo them off at all? I understand having new employees but I feel like this is unacceptable. My sandwich with just cheese and bread was sitting on the counter for probably 5 minutes until somebody put vegetables on it. I ordered a veggie sandwich because I am a vegetarian and EVERYTHING was cut with the same slicer…. Even the bell peppers. The knife they used to cut the sandwich in half was not clean and had just been used to cut through a meat sandwich. The employee dropped the top slice of my bread in the container of bacon as well.
