Lupita's — Restaurant in Amarillo

Went through the drive thru with my boyfriend and we simply ordered 2 burritos. One barbacoa meat and cheese only. And one asada rojo with everything on it. Well we got home to our burritos swapped. I called to let her know she said “Do you want to bring them back?” I said “not really I got things to do.” (it’s my little brothers birthday and I had planned on going to see him right after to spend the day with him.) so she replies with “we’ll bring them to me tomorrow and I will swap them” first off I’m tryna eat today. At first, I thought the place was closed because all the chairs were hung upside down on the tables. I decided to get off my vehicle and check because I had never at there before. When I went in there was someone available to take my order. I ordered the four taco variety meal. I never took a picture because I finished my food before I did😅🤣. I would recommend eating here because their food is yummy and it's something quick. This was just going to be a convenient stop for lunch, but will become a regular place for us, the gordita, and burritos were delicious, made fresh, with quality ingredients. Tortillas were good, and the hot sauce was excellent. That being said, it is hard to please me, coming from a Hispanic family, I expect real Mexican food, not a fan of "tex-mex", and watered down versions to please the masses. You won't regret this stop! We had barbacoa(the least fatty and greasy I've ever had from restaurant)and red pork burritos (nice n spicy) , and beef gordita. The service was also great....
