The 3 workers inside were not wearing their masks at all (just around the neck) and one of them were eating food inside the kitchen. Although I like the food, I felt extremely unsafe that all of them were not following guidelines. Avoid this place until the pandemic ends. Edit: In the food handlers permit documents, it says that employees are not allowed to eat around food preparation areas or around food/food items that will be served to customers. I believe that all employees are required to have a food handlers permit. Also, we were there at 8:30 which was when it was open. I commented that people should avoid this restaurant because the employees are not following statewide mask mandate. It is unlucky that the owner believes that these things are okay and can be tolerated. These simple things that are happening all over the country are the things that is exponentially increasing the number of Covid cases. So, I think it is wise to avoid these restaurants until Covid is settled. Edit: After what you said, (asking what is wrong with eating in food prep area, and making excuses that this happened because I went near closing time) shows that you think these things are okay. If you didn't then you wouldn't have made any excuses. Writing the comment was initially not to attack the restaurant. It was for the safety of myself and to inform the people in this county. Maybe its self-serving, but for sure it is productive (I'm doing something that would help slow down the spread). I wrote this in hope that these problems would get fixed, but from your passive aggressiveness, I'm going to assume its not going to get fixed. The least I could do is report this situation to the health department and hope they do something about it. "It would be better for you if you just stayed home" That is exactly what I thought. I should stay home instead of buying food from restaurants that don't keep regulations. Maybe everyone should stay away from restaurants that don't keep safety regulations. We will be doing good to this county and slow the spread.

Let me just start off by saying that their 7up was some of the best I’ve ever tasted (like seriously, this stuff gives even McDonald’s sprite a run for it’s money) But, as far as their actual wings go I was a tad bit disappointed. Disclaimer: I got the pineapple bbq, which might have been the problem seeing as all their hype comes mostly from the buffalo style wings, but the wings I got were almost flavorless, not to mention each one was super tiny and had hardly a bite of good meat on them. This plus the slightly too expensive price for what you receive had me a lil sad. As for the customer service, let’s just say that there is nothing too spectacular about this aspect of the Rocky Mountain Wingshak. My cashier wasn’t bad, per-se, but he didn’t really seem all that pleased to be there, if you know what I mean. All in all, a thoroughly mediocre experience for little too much money. (The tots are delicious tho)

Never heard of this place until we drove past it yesterday and decided to come here for lunch. Ordered the lunch special and donut holes as recommended by other reviews. The owner looked like Dean Norris from Breaking Bad, super outgoing and constantly checking on tables to make sure everyone was good… other reviews said he’s got problems, but after meeting him, I could see it if you’re acting like a Karen and probably deserved it. so everything was cooked nice and crispy, the tots and fries are separated by paper and kept from getting soggy… nice touch there! If we had any recommendations to make this place better… first is the Pepsi (at least Dr Pepper was available) and second I think lemon pepper is better as a dry rub than a sauce and holds the flavor better. The mild was pretty good but almost on the medium side. We’ll definitely be coming back! I really want to try the scones!

I went to the wing shack on Friday. I was able to take the day off and I wanted to go out to eat. I chose to go to the wing shack. I’ve been here several times. I’ve always seen that the owner does have some sort of an attitude but I thought maybe that was just him. We ordered online so that we didn’t have to wait for the food since we have a four-year-old. I let the lady know that we were there to pick up the food and went to go sit down. When my wife went to go sit down the owner very rudely told her that she was not allowed to sit down until she ordered. So we got back in line and when it was our turn we let them know we have an online pick up order and he said why would we need to sit down if we ordered online I let him know the situation. He continue to argue with us and tell me that he didn’t understand. I let him know that we’ve been here several times and I’ve never had a problem ordering online to sit down so we don’t have to wait for our food. He continue to argue with me and let me know that he was the owner. I finally just told him that I was not needing the food and I would leave. He continue to argue with me and asked me why I was upset I let him know that I have never had this problem before. The owner always looks like he hates his job and has a really bad attitude. He’s always really short and looks upset . Because Ive liked the food Ive just ignored him. But this time he just went over the top and continued to argue with us. I will never come back to eat here because of him. Even though we like the wings there’s several other places that I could go to and eat good wings. I hope he notices that a lot of the one stars on these reviews are due to him. Hopefully he can read this review and change his attitude because if he continues to act like this people will stop coming. Customer service is always the reason why people come to...

I love this place and usually things are great but today... Today was not great. Some friends and I tried to call in an order, it was large I will admit to that, but we were told they cannot take orders over 5 specials because it is their policy, and it was during their busiest part of the day. OK I get that, even though we called it in at 11 and said we didn't need it till 12, you have your policy OK that's fine. So we called in twice with 2 separate orders. We were told with each one that it would be ready in 10 minutes... What's the difference if it is one order or two? And they indeed had it done when we got there, yet they say orders over 5 need to be placed a day in advance. Upon arriving to collect our food we were asked if we had called in the order as one order earlier. We admitted to it as they again reiterated their policy. I didn't want to fight and simply said "interesting way to approach business". Well this was enough for the owner to come out and have a word with us, spending time to scold us on giving him over $100 that day, when he could have been in the back fulfilling another order. I get that you're a small operation but don't you think as a business owner you should do what you can to get more customers and make more money? Instead we were alienated. If it weren't for the many friends waiting on food I would have not paid as left the food there for them to deal with. The owner proceeded to tell us that next time we would have to come in as wait in line... If you want people to do that then don't even offer a call in option. I'm not one to argue with someone and make a scene, but I am one to leave this review here for all to see. Great food, horrible...
