Arby's — Restaurant in Ames

I ordered the two gyros for $6 I asked for them to not be prepared but to be put in balls so that I could prepare the meat myself and add veggies to the pitta bread with sauce on the side the order was delivered to my car with four small bowls each with lettuce onion tomato and the meat on top and no sauce I was planning on making this into two meals I'd ask for the meat not to be unfrozen add they did they threw it in four bowls I don't feel that my order was difficult to understand or prepare I live 30 minutes away from Arby's and I wanted to be able to eat tonight's meal hot and have the second one for the next day...... Thank goodness I had recently gone to the grocery store I was able to make do with ranch dressing...... My order was placed late in the evening so it was not that busy and your employees Wonder why they did not make $15 an hour they cannot even follow simple...

I went threw the drive threw around 1 in the afternoon I was the only car there I order the gobbler with a large curly fry and a classic roast beef combo 21 dollars. What I received was a couple pieces of turkey on a wet soggie bun and half an order of half broken stale fries from the bottom of the bin. The roast beef sandwich had very little to no meat and stale broken fries as well I wish I would have taken a picture. I work in fast food and know nowadays people are paying alot of money for what use to be affordable and getting good quality food for the money you are paying is not that big of a ask. This was disgraceful to all food service if the people working thought this was a lunch worth 20 dollars I question there ability to serve anyone. I'm pretty angry about this...

Ordered two burbon bacon half pound club meals. Both mediums. Both dr. Peppers one no ice one with ice. We finally get to window. They didnt recite the order back to us at all. Lady in window was rude as hell because we forgot a cheese cup and made a huge deal about it. Then we paid i realized that one meal ended up a small. And we told her we ordered two medium meals. She threw a fit asked for the small pop back. Which is a big no-no in the fast food world. Once it goes out a window you cant take it back. So she gets us our medium fries and drink. Then i went to eat it. And i am so disappointed. Three tiny pieces of bacon on my sandwich. Plenty of ham and turkey but like absolutely no...
