Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Ames

We used to enjoy pizzas and such from here.

However, after the last few visits with food being messed up and being told it would be made right on our next visit and nobody ever following up makes this a last resort choice.

Also, just 2 weeks ago I ordered a keto pizza. What a joke. Honestly. $14.00 for one single small layer of cheese, a few small pieces of chicken and a handful of spinach that is not even enough for a meal. Calling and asking for a manager, the guy on the phone saying he wrote your number down and will have the manager call you first thing the next morning and doesn't, thats not good service.( As you can see in the pics)

I'm having some bad health flares today. I brought my service dog in with me, but didn't have her marked because I just didn't have it in me to put her vest back on. Legally, she doesn't have to be marked, but not having her vested often causes problems with untrained businesses. No problem at all here. The man greeted me very cheerfully, and I couldn't help but smile despite feeling like crap. The pizzas are great. Lots of toppings. I also ordered one pizza without cheese, which seems to throw some places off. He just did it without question or trying to up sell me on their vegan cheese. Much...

I called to order a pizza for pick up at 7:05PM on 10-22-17 and the girl who answered was incredibly rude, and if the owner reads these reviews, I highly recommend reconsidering this girl’s employment. I asked if we could order a pizza to pick up, and she said “umm, well we close at 8.” I double checked the time and said... it’s 7:03, we can definitely be there way before 8, and she said “fine what do you want.” I gave my order and after the final item said “k bye” and hung up. This is not acceptable conduct in a customer service position, and I hope the owner reads this review and agrees...
