The music is SO LOUD that you can't hear conversation nor what the cashier is saying. When the manager was told that the music is too loud, the response was, "Yeah, I know." Food is GREAT. We come here every Saturday because we love the food, it's our treat to ourselves. That's why we gave the reviews we gave. Wish that someone at corporate would pay a visit. It's like we're entering a club. We understand that the staff are young and don't get it n may love the music but YOUR customers are not of the same genre. Cane’s definitely operates by a different business model. One that doesn’t put customer service and satisfaction at the top of their agenda. This evening I ordered ten chicken fingers, $18.50 worth of chicken fingers. The employee asks me if I want anything else. I said the chicken comes with the sauce right? He says no. You have to buy a combo. I spent close to twenty dollars on chicken but I can’t have a couple of sauces?? That’s ridiculous to me. One of the loudest caines I've been to, could not talk with people at the table, no one could hear each other, asked to have it turned down just a little so we can have a conversation but as though they said they would , they did not , they clearly care less about customers only if they can hear the music for themselves as they dance around in back, I'm glad they are happy with their job but the atmosphere is terrible with the music so loud I cannot recommend this caines due to this.
