Update: Had yet another outstanding experience tonight. I was SEVENTH in line when I pulled up tonight (a Friday night a half hour before close). The line went so fast, I couldn't help but be impressed. Amidst what I can only assume it's chaos inside with nonstop orders I was greeted with the friendliest customer service. I was a pain in the butt customer doing meals with substitutions left and right. They handled it quickly, and they handled it without the slightest hint of complaint. In the end my food yet again was correct, out quickly, and I can't help but be impressed by the consistent quality of their customer service.
I'd had a not great experience there the other night that had prompted me to not go back for a while. However, I'd like to focus on the positive. I went in tonight around 10:12. The first thing I was greeted by was an extremely kind voice on the intercom. It sounded like the quality of interaction you'd receive from a waiter/waitress at an actual restaurant - "Take your time....Let me know how I can help...What else can I do for you today?" It's sad that this level of effort isn't put in everywhere. A lot of local drive throughs give the "What" and "anything else?" at most. I was so impressed with this young lady's professional "drive-thru voice that I almost. I ALMOST told her she has a great, professional drive-through voice. However, I didn't want to seem weird. Anyway, I then realize I'd forgot to order a couple more drink items (a cup of ice, and another large sprite with strawberry). I received excellent help from a young blonde lady with classes, as well as a darker haired lady (in braids) who went above and beyond to help me with my drink order. I wish I'd gotten down names, because THIS is exactly picture perfect of how a fast food order should go. Read moreI truly hate leaving bad reviews. I love leaving those five star reviews. HOWEVER, they are all there for a reason. My goal in this review is hoping the employees read it, the manager reads it, and any future customer reads it so that they at least exercise caution. I'd hate for them to have disappointment. I work delivering food and so it was interesting being on the other side as a customer getting a bad order. Here goes - I ordered at the speaker. The screen showed an incorrect order so I asked the employee and pointed out the issue. His response was a "broken screen". It wasn't broken on our end and there wasn't any sign pointing out the issue this employee claimed it had. I then ask why the price reflected the wrong order because he gave me the same price as the broken incorrect screen. I was truly confused. He was giving me a TON of attitude. I get to the window and once again ask if the order was correct and the price. Clearly the employees talk and I've heard them on MANY occasions, openly bitching about the customers. I get food there daily as part of my job. As I drove away, I started feeling bad like I was in the wrong for asking why the screen and price, didn't reflect our order. Hold on! Why am I feeling bad about this? Because the employees weren't nice about it which made me feel bad. How unfortunate is that? Anyway, we get home, open the bag, unwrap the food and BOOM- hairs on and in most of the items. Um how? If this wasn't something the rude employees did, then someone that works there, needs a hair net asap! Just gross. Those guys can keep their attitude...
Read moreMy boyfriend went through the drive thru and ordered the loaded nacho burger with no lettuce or tomato for me and he specifically said "everything except the lettuce or tomato" because they always have a problem with getting our orders wrong so when he brought the burger back to me I opened it and it only had the cheese and the patty on it, so me being sick of them getting my order wrong finally decided to call them to give them the chance to correct it, I just stated over the phone what was wrong with the order and the lady on the phone had the attitude of "not my problem" but still offered to fix the issue. When my boyfriend went back to get the correct order they treated him like he was just trying to get a free meal and actually said "We'll let this slide but next time make sure you order clearly" and actually argued with him about how he ordered, They ALWAYS get the order wrong NEVER go here.
