Strawberry Bay Coffee & Roasting — Restaurant in Anacortes

@3pm on 4/20/24. This place has horrible service this isn’t the first time & needed to add a review.I ordered 5 San jaunwiches with chip and bacon and 3 drinks. I ordered a basic decaf sugar free vanilla latte. It tasted like no vanilla was added. When I asked for some sf vanilla to be added she said they were all out with a tone. I said regular vanilla would be fine. She said she has a line and she couldnt take the cup back. I asked for some in a cup to add myself. She said they didn’t have any and I said how about Caramel. She said she has a line and we needed to move. We got home after spending 79+ dollars and our sandwiches have only bacon and cheese. When I asked before ordering she said they had lettuce and tomatoes with meat in addition to bacon. We also didn’t get the chocolate chip cookie we paid for. I suggest people go elsewhere. I live in Anacortes and have never had such horrible service at a coffee shop! Sadly I already added a tip before this...

Went there and was waiting in line. This girl who was clearly friends with the employees was walking around the property and decided to cut in line. When we said something both the girl and the employee got nasty with us. They decided to still serve her and proceeded to turn around and provoke us in line. I then proceeded to tell her it doesn’t matter if she was walking around she wasn’t in line. The workers then came out and proceeded to back their friend while the employee said “she’s been on the property for a while.” I than got upset and said does that mean she can jump into the line whenever she chooses, just because she’s on the property walking around. We then proceeded to tell her to move as we no longer wanted to give our business to this stand. She refused to move no matter what we said until the employee told her to move. We will no longer be going to this stand after this as we now know this place allows people to cut even when we were waiting...

I stopped by around 10:35 this morning to get a Strawberry Milkshake and heard the girls talking about my choice of drink that it was one of the coldest of days and this, that and the other. Couldn’t hear everything they were saying, but basically talking s#!t of my choice and what ever. I normally have good experiences when ever I come here, but wasn’t pleased with this one. I have seen and talked with the owners before where I work and they are nice. I feel like they wouldn’t be happy to know that their employees were doing that during or after the customer has left. I feel like that isn’t good customer service. I’m mainly posting this in hopes the owners would see and correct the situation...
