I recently recieved a gift card to this coffee shop and looked forward to trying it out... unfortunately, the gift card would have been better if it were thrown into the trash.
I ordered four drinks and then proceeded to stand there waiting for 25 minutes without my order being called out. During the wait I was able to notice how dirty some spots were, such as the dust caked AED hidden in the corner. Orders that were placed after me were handed out and another customer had to ask about her drink because she was in a similar situation and had been waiting. They did apologize and then proceeded to tell us "it is just one of those days"... yes you are correct it is one of those days, but it is because you dont know how to make drink orders... you made it "one of those days".
After receiving our drinks they were okay, but nothing to write home about. They were also decently priced.
