So was shopping across the street from north gate came here cause the aroma of the food was calling my name. I read the reviews and this spot is okay wouldn’t come here occasionally. I took my sweet time deciding if I wanted to eat here and the lady that greeted me said are you ready to order? And I simply said not yet and she walked away in the back mumbling in her dialect. As a customer that’s going to be supporting your business it’s unnecessary to be having an attitude. So I ordered my plate. I got the broccoli beef with teriyaki chicken. The food is alright it’s partially hard and the rice how you going to mess up cooking rice as for someone growing up in an Asian household to make rice it ain’t hard. Anywho the cashier ask what we’re paying with. Simply said card but changed our mind the price was 16$ and something cents. She assumed we were paying desperate but when I simply told her we’re paying together she added two more dollars. Like really are you serious? So we handed her a twenty and told her to keep the change. She wanted to be all nice She had attitude as well. Do yourself a favor if you are running a business be courteous to your guest. And also improve your food quality if you have these negative reviews. Overall the place is well established clean and organized besides the wing stop container sitting next to the wontons. But after trying the food very disappointed that we even bothered to write this review and our time here. Rather go to china west express in Tustin there the quality of food is tastier and service is so much...
Read moreI recently visited Pan Chinese Food located in the Anaheim Lincoln plaza, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite my initial excitement to try this restaurant, the reviews I had read prior to my visit turned out to be accurate.
I decided to start with a side order of egg rolls, which was priced at $1.99 and included two pieces. Although the egg rolls appeared appetizing with a nice crispy texture, the taste was a major letdown. The cabbage filling lacked flavor and was watery, leaving a bland and unsatisfying experience.
Additionally, I ordered a small portion of fried bananas. While they looked enticing in the styrofoam container, they turned out to be dry, bitter, and completely devoid of any sweetness. It was clear that the quality of the food at Pan Chinese Food was below par.
For me, a restaurant should excel in every aspect of the meal, from the appetizers to the main course. If the side dishes are lacking, it raises concerns about the overall quality of the food. Considering the reviews I had read, I was not willing to take the risk of trying their main dishes.
Ultimately, I was left disappointed with my visit to Pan Chinese Food. As someone who appreciates well-seasoned and flavorful food, this experience fell short of my expectations. While everyone has different taste preferences, I personally cannot recommend this restaurant based on my experience. I believe there are better options available in the area that offer more satisfying meals. However customer service was better than expected friendly

Read moreThis is a take out Chinese restaurant. I was skeptical at first as I always am with Chinese.. I shared a kitchen once upon a time on lake union in Seattle. Hunan Harbor and I did not eat Chinese for 25 years. This place hit it though . The portions are large the price is low in comparison and the food was good. Veges though a little over cooked had excellent flavor. The noodles were perfectly chewy the Kung pow and spicy chicken were cooked perfectly and spicy but not too spicy it did not leave your mouth burning just the tip of your remained pleasantly warm which was just the ticket on this cold rainy night. I'm giving it 4.5 stars on my Big Cheap Eats for under $ 15 I will definetely eat here again . The egg rolls are $.. 75 cents you can buy them by tray 40 for $20.00 I was going to complain because they did not give me dipping sauce. They did not it they were great I think they have cream cheese in them. Ask for them fresh and tell them you heard about them from B. Happy eats....FOOD IS SOMETHING WE ALL HAVE IN COMMON WE SHOULD ALL SHARE IT AND EMPOWER THAT SHARING FINDING THE THINGS THAT BRING US TOGETHER INSTEAD OF THE THINGS THAT DRIVE...
