Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Anaheim

You can't spell "Chipotle" without "E. Coli." Thus restaurant has the uncanny ability to make food that is colder than room temperature. You are seeing my photo correctly, my food is 64.4 degrees Fahrenheit. It's hotter outside than my food. So if Chipotle is wondering why so many people get sick at their restaurants, this would be why. Not only is this utterly illegal, but not safe. Hot food should be a MINIMUM of 135 degrees. That's more than double how hot my food is. Before you say "maybe it cooled off," I bought this food, immediately wrapped it in two jackets, & drove a whole 5min back to the office. So it should at least be warmer than a dead body. The temperature reading is also on the rice & steak, not the colder items (which should still be at least room temperature). This location is a mess. Inconsistent, always cold food, & items constantly out of stock. Even now, they advertise Carne Asada on this very page, yet do not serve it at this location. Everything about this spot is janky. Chipotle corporate seriously needs to make some changes, before they end up making another few hundred people sick with their terrible & illegal serving of food not held to proper safe temperatures. I tried reporting this to Chipotle corporate, and even their garbage website doesn't work. They likely have so many complaints that they just make a contact page that never sends anything to fool customers into feeling...

I am beyond speechless Leaving this restaurant. I had came in a couple times before and got good and great service but when I came in with my 5 year old son and got the kids meal and a chicken barito they probably notice that I wasn't really paying attention to the questions they were asking me and I apoligize for holding up the line. I told them I had a headache and long day. They probably notice that my son was acting up a little but still listening and telling the lady's that he wanted chocolate milk and an orange with his meal. When it was time to pay they told me it was on the house... $14.30 may have not been much but really made my day and want to do something nice for someone else.

The male employees are nice. The females are not. At least not today. Super stingy lady gave me half scoops of rice and beans for my bowl. Had to ask for more for the first time ever. Is there a shortage or something? She the proceeds to give me a scoop of chicken that is barely enough to be eaten in one bite. The guy next to her had to step in to give me a real scoop. I went back to ask the guy at the register for a lemon and some girl tells him to have me wait so he can focus on the next person who needs to pay. The problem is they were barely wrapping up the person's burrito. They weren't even ready to pay. Thankfully the guy didnt listen to her and just got me a lemon....
