Every time I come to this location all the employees are rude unapproachable unfriendly they don't know how to greet or acknowledge you as you're in the line waiting on service. Last night I get to this location order 4 different drinks 2 venti coffees and 1 grande as I go to pick up my venti coffee I notice that the cup feels extremely light so I open my cup to find it half full. So I go back into the store with my drinks and as I am walking into the Starbucks I can see the cashier rolling her eyes and already starting to have an attitude. I walk up to the counter and tell the cashier that I was just in the drive thru and I noticed that my drinks are half full can I please have them remade. She said okay with the smartest attitude like I was bothering her she never not once apologized to me. I asked to speak to the manager and she said" that's not gonna happen since the manager is not here tonight" so I asked her if there was a supervisor or shift lead I could speak to. She walks away to go into the office to get the supervisor as I am waiting for my drinks to be remade I see the supervisor come out of the office and tell an other employee something and walks back into the office. I wasn't able to speak with the supervisor since she didn't feel the need to come out to the front of the store to address the issue I was having. Then another employee comes over and asked me what happened so I explained the story again so he told the girl to refund me my money which they did.when I asked the girl if I was still going to get my stars for my purchase she told me yeah no that's not gonna happen. I asked her why and she told me well because you didn't pay for the drinks! i told her well I did and now I'm back because you guys didn't give me full cups of coffee. She told me well now your getting free coffee so what more do you want! She said the only way I can get my stars is if I repurchase the drinks. This is the way this location treats their VIP gold members.... to the management and area manager for this location I hope that you all can fix this issue and have a long talk with Bree about the meaning of true customer service and how she should have handled this situation better and to the supervisor that was on duty that night who hide in the office 1/6/17 was my visit date around 8pm. There was 4 of us cars in the drive-through and apparently they closed there was no cone put at the beginning of the drive-through for any way for the cars to know so the staff decided to just completely ignore the cars. After waiting for 5 minutes at the speaker to place my order I proceed to the window and realized as soon as I get there that their hours are closed 10 minutes earlier. I tried to get the staff's attention to let them know there were other cars waiting in line to place an order so they could go have a conversation with them or put signage or a cone at the beginning of the drive thru. One worker mopping the flloors shows me the cut throat symbol while the others ignored me. I was just letting him know that I wanted some brew on the side with some ice because my drink from earlier today was super sweet, even after showing him my cup, that was almost full. He then told me that the smallest size he could give me with brew on the side was a tall. I told him you don’t even have to fill it up, you can do half of that cup.
