Jamba — Restaurant in Anaheim

I love Jamba Juice but the service here is terrible. I've given it a good 5 or 6 chances too, this isn't just based off one experience. Although there IS one guy who is really nice and cool but all the other employees make you feel like you're ruining their day just by coming in and ordering your smoothie. I get not being 100% satisfied in your job, but don't take that out on your customers!! Because of this major attitude problem among the employees i'll just keep going to the one by my work, even though this one is closest to my house. And i'm super easy to deal with, i can't imagine what it would be like if i had to ask for something special or send something back!! I dunno, if you can deal with the attitude then by all means go here. But i don't like to pay $10 or $15 for some treats and leave feeling like i wish i never came in the first place. No complaints about the quality...

Evelyn stop arguing with customers. I asked for JUST a strawberry smoothie and she kept asking me what kind when I clearly told her that I ONLY wanted strawberry and nothing else added. She made it seem like I had to mix it with another flavor. She finally asked me if only water. I’m just looking at her like “what’s your deal”? Obviously I only want water. It doesn’t help when they start to argue with the customer. She was the only one in the store or I would’ve asked someone else to help me. It tasted horrible! I’ve gone to other Jamba Juice locations and I ask for this drink and it doesn’t taste this horrible. Waste of $9 Having someone add a fake review on her behalf has to be insane. Crazy how just me and another man were inside the store...

This Jamba Juice service wise is pretty good but they’re inconsistent. I’ve ordered the same drink here at least half a dozen times and ur going to get a different version of it depending on who makes it among a variety of other discrepancies depending on who’s working that day, I personally don’t like having to ask for my drink to be remade or why a 3rd if the cup isn’t full this time or why is a drink that’s supposed to have chocolate in it completely opaque? I’d just rather it be right...
