Giving this Wendy's a 3 stars because the guy I delt with the first time I had ordered here was rude and they forgot my burger. So I told them and he then argued saying I didnt order that. I had to go back out to my car to get the receipt because of this situation which ended up getting handled but really it was all over a burger worth less than 3$.. Other then that silliness this my second time visiting this Wendy's and they cook their baked patatos to perfection and the quality of the food os pretty good. Not much traffic depending on when you go. These are the reasons it gets 3 stars.
Update: lowering this place to 1 star now, this is exactly why Wendy's constantly loses good customers... I dont go here often because there is usually something that is forgotten or overcharged for. In this case tonight I ordered a meal per usual and of course they're out of carbonation for drinks. So they serve me some nasty water and after trying it I go back in to get lemonade. Which they inform me is 50c more per drink. I now notice they added this charge on one other meal without disclosing this information... 50c no big deal... but it's the unprofessionalism that constantly happens at this place. Even with their drinks being down and me wanting a coke they still wouldnt accommodate me with their lemonade and of course the manager "Vero" (Veronica) was insisting on the 50c charge if I wanted the lemonade even after I tried their "vitamin water" which was not by any means vitamin water. I will be contacting corporate this is sad for a place that revolves around customer service and...

Upon my arrival, I was greeted with smiles and a menu brimming with promise. Little did I know, "plain" was a foreign concept in this establishment, a mythical beast spoken of in hushed tones but never seen. I ventured to order what I believed to be the epitome of simplicity, only to be met with a dish that was a cacophony of flavors, textures, and additions. Where I sought solace in the unadorned, I was instead given a parade of garnishes, a spectacle of seasoning, a veritable cornucopia of "extras" that I had explicitly wished to avoid.
"Plain," it seems, is a concept too abstract for the minds behind Wendys, a word that, when uttered, is lost in translation, morphing into something unrecognizable by the time it reaches the kitchen.
In a world where complexity is often equated with sophistication, I implore Wendys to consider the beauty in simplicity. To understand that sometimes, all one desires is a...
