I ordered an online pizza and they left the pizza outside on the ground, I had money in hand but no one was there. 20 mins later I get a text “I’m calling the police” Laura said she called and texted multiple times but I never got any of those. I told her I had the money so she came back just to not even want to communicate or discuss the misunderstanding. I called the manger Chris and he told me he would fix it when she got back to the location but wouldn’t tell his employee to not be rude while interacting with me and she actually did call the cops just because I wanted to talk about it. No matter what she shouldn’t have left the pizza on the ground and then call on me, what if someone stole it before I got to it? Like why would I tell you I have the money and why would I admit to getting the pizza if I was trying to get out of paying? Why would I steal a pizza knowing my address and phone number is on file. I placed an order online at 2:48pm. They made the order right away and it was in the "Quality Check" stage at 3:00pm where it sat for OVER AN HOUR total. I called them at 3:48pm which was an hour after I placed the order AND SAT ON HOLD FOR 10 MINUTES before I could even ask about the order which was still sitting at the "Quality Check" stage. The guy who answered the phone asked for my address and said "Oh yeah we are waiting on a delivery driver to get back" with no apology or anything. I then asked if the food had been sitting there since 3:00pm, which it was now after 4:00pm, and he said yes, again with no apology. Read moreThe two people working tonight were great. Very friendly, hardworking individuals They both were very helpful in explaining what was in the pasta bowls as well as other menu items. Orders were coming in quickly as I was waiting for my food to be completed. The gentleman who was cooking was great at multi-tasking while she was out on a delivery. My food was served in a timely fashion. It was hot and delicious when I returned to the apartment. Domino's is lucky to have those two hard-working employees serving their customers. They represented the restaurant well. It's hard to find great employees who can get the job done as these two demonstrated. If I could get them an increase in pay, I would. Great job.
