Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Anderson Township

Poor service on the night I was there. Waiting there with my 5 year old grandson, 35 minutes after I ordered a single cheese pizza, ten minutes past the promised time, my grandson complaining of hunger pains. I go up to the counter to voice my discontent and the two workers there ganged up on on me, had no apologies or offer to rush the pizza out to us, and was coldly told that it was I who was rude and that I should go sit down and wait without even the slightest promise of when I would get the pizza. I had the impression they hadn’t even started it. I can’t believe they treated me this way in front of my five-year-old grandson.

It’s very unfortunate. I previously had very good service here. The many times I came here before the food was always on time and made well. There must have been a change of ownership or management or attitude for the worse, as I can see other recent reviews had similar experiences. I’ll never go back to...

Worst delivery experience I can imagine. Ordered food shortly after 6:00 pm, got an estimated delivery time of 45 minutes. After almost 2 full hours the food was delivered and it was not our order. Attempted to contact the store and was on hold for 10 minutes before being disconnected. Was about to drive to the store with the wrong food when my wife then calls again and gets through and the snotty girl on the line told her she was just going to have to be patient. No apologies, no attempt to make amends, just be patient. Food finally arrived after more than 2 hours and it’s Luke warm at best, sauces we ordered are not there. The food was not remade. Attempted to leave feedback on their customer support portal and it does not work. Horrible customer service, horrible customer support. Extremely RUDE Manager of the name Dominique hadom canceled My order AND it also ha canceled a month prior. BOTH times no call was made to advise and were left. Scrambling with out dinner. Manager hung up on me when asking for corp/his boss. This manager is ruining this location that JUST opened up . I am not sure this store will recover from his...
