We are driving thru and stopped here for breakfast.. It is a cute restaurant but the charm ends there. Coming from previous restaurant experience and a fellow business owner this place has a lot of issues. It was a slightly busy Sunday with 4-5 waitresses at 9:30 am and it took 15 minutes to get our order taken and only after asking someone. The girls were more concerned about cleaning tables. The food was ok.. the over med eggs a little runny still but the hash browns and bacon good and we appreciated the French toast for only 1.50 add on. When it came to getting our check we were told to go to the cashier for it. He then asked me for every menu item we already ordered.. why have a waitress take our order to then go over it all again? We should have just ordered at the counter! I was trained as a waitress 30 years ago and this place with all the technology available is still using hand written tickets for the back but a new system up front and nothing or no one really communicating..I don’t leave this review to be mean but to help the owners to change and make a ok place into a great place! Also.. we didn’t feel any warmth from the employees.. they acted like they didn’t want to be there..and customer service wasn’t really taught much to anyone. But it was clean and the...
Read moreWe recently went for breakfast as a recommendation and were invited in by the very friendly staff. They let us choose where we wanted to sit, it was busy and there was plenty of huddle and bustle in the main seating area and lots of Christmas decorations and a nice big tree. The menu was surprising by how cheap it was, which is very hard to find nowadays. I got the 3 meat omelette with country potatoes and my girlfriend got the vegetable scramble with hashbrowns. We both got coffee as well. The omelette and scramble were both very good for their price along with the hashbrowns and coffee. The real surprise was how good the country potatoes were. Definitely must try if going for breakfast. Staff would also come by and refill the coffee very quickly and often. In total we only spent $30 before giving a nice tip for the great...
Read moreI have been coming to Becca's for over 5 years. I was a fan back when they were off of Balls Ferry Rd in Anderson and I love their new and improved location in Anderson. The bigger parking lot and seating area were much needed since they are always at capacity every time I come in. You might wait to be seated, but the food and service make it worth your while. This is a regular spot for many locals and elderly looking for delicious, affordable, breakfast and lunch options that won't disappoint. The vintage trinkets on the walls are a feast for the eyes every time you come in. The staff are friendly and the food is always delicious, no matter what you order. If you're new to the area and looking for a great mom and pop breakfast spot, this is it. The biscuits and gravy are one of the best things on the menu and dare I say the...
