I hate to do this but I've been coming here for years now doing delivery. They have an issue with one delivery program specifically that they can't seem to fix nor explain (They know which one I'm talking about). Every time I get a Groucho's order, automatically I'm going to be delayed 20 to 30 minutes because they will not start the order until I walk in. They have to check a tablet in order to print the ticket and for some reason they don't add in checking the tablet throughout the day as part of their work because they don't get these orders as often as others. They think I'm stupid and I don't know this. It's funny because When I call in advance they tell me they see the order and they are working on it. But every time I don't call in advance, the order is a complete surprise to them. Obviously I'm doing their job for them by calling them and having them check the tablet. It's absolutely ridiculous and now this is the only restaurant in town that still has a problem with this delivery system. I'll take down my review when this gets fixed or you at least take this delivery service off your offered options since you can't seem to build systems around it that...
Read moreFirst off, I love Grouchoâs food. I have ate at multiple locations and have never disappoint. But this Friday evening of August 9th about 8:00, I placed a pickup order and went to go pick it up down the road. My experience was just fine and the food was great like always, but I noticed the crew at the location Whitner street in Anderson were working very hard with the little people they had working, the kitchen crew was knocking out orders, a long hair guy making sure people were helped and cleaned up but there was a younger lady with a small nose piercing I believe, was working EVEN HARDER. She was all of the place moving orders around and placing orders, getting food out and helping all the tables. Hard work recognizes hard work! I would love to see the workers working this evening get a raise or some very strong recognition. Keep up the very hard work and it all pays...
Read moreI always loved grouchos. Today I placed a to go order, and I was missing one of my orders when the girl handed it to me. I politely told her and she put it in the window and let them know I was missing a sandwich. After 5-10 minutes another lady came out of the kitchen and handed me my bag, I told her I was waiting on a sandwich and I had already talked to the girl who rang me up. She grabs the missing sandwich out of the window & proceeds to throw the bag at me on the counter where I was waiting. I had to put the boxes back in my bag before I could leave. Very rude and no apology. It was embarrassing as the store was busy. The 2 girls running the register were very sweet. Iâm never one to leave a bad review and I know they were busy, but there was no need to throw my food at me to the point where it fell...
