Casey's — Restaurant in Ankeny

I stopped in this morning for some gas & a few beverages walked back out to my car filled up. Went into my RV to grab some dog food & tossed a bag in your trash then tripped over your windshield washer fluid line that sticks out over a foot. Yelled for help several times on deaf ears. Thank God there was a police officer getting some coffee. He saw me on the ground bleeding all over . It wasn’t until then that the manager came out to find out what happened. Then he runs back in the store to get 2 ladies to to help, one to bring me papertowels, the other to zip tie all the lines back behind the pole so no one else trips & files a lawsuit. Never even got a call later to see how I was doing from the manager. Busted lip & nose bruises & scrapes . I won’t be doing busy at...

Once again, I found myself at a Casey's for my morning coffee. This time, it was the Casey's at Oralabor Rd. and Delaware Ave. in Ankeny. I wanted to give a shout-out for the crew working on the morning of Friday Nov. 11, as it's always nice to be able to come in, get a quick cup of excellent coffee, and not have the coffee station be such a mess (we've all seen it, haven't we?) So, Casey's management ... if you read these reviews, give your crew a pat on the back. Customers appreciate stuff like this. And as usual, if you follow me on my morning coffee stops, my excellent coffee was matched by my fine...

The wings at ALL Caseys locations are HORRIBLE! Take a look at the photos I have attached...the wings are tiny and filled with a fatty substance and looks like they are glued together...as you can see I took a bite of one and had to spit it out! Caseys you can do so much better...your pizza and other products used to be so good...quit trying to make an extra ten cents and make something better like you used to years ago! Quick Trip pizza is off the charts and has put your pizza in the dust! Fire the guy running your food lab and get back to being the small town gas station cafe you...
