If I could give 0 stars, I would. Kevin, the server- not impressed. Went on a work lunch and waited way too long for drinks, he completely forgot about mine, we needed refills a little way in and he was no where to be found. A co-worker from our party took the drinks to the bar and asked for refills ourselves, we needed napkins as well but the server again was no where to be found- I just grabbed them off the bar top. Then the food, waited long again and he messed up a co-workers order, I pointed out the mistake directly to him, he said he was going to check on something and never addressed the issue again. Didn't even apologize to her. Then the bill: he charged me double of what was supposed to be a "lunch order" which I had specifically asked for, and then when I pointed out the mistake (to a different server- because again, he was no where to be found), all he did was take off my drink and not fix the overcharge. He even ran my card without even showing the bill to me. At this point, I was over it, we were all over it, and we had to leave to go back to work, and so I ended up paying $6 more than should of been. I even gave him a 15% tip too, can't help- I used to be a server myself. We've been to chili's before and it's never been this bad of service. Will definitely be going on a different day and ask to not sit in his section.
Chili's manager: I don't know if he was just having an off day, or something happened but either way, he needs refreshed on...
Read moreA lengthy review but lots to talk about and is meant as constructive criticism for the most part. Upon arrival, front of restaurant has peeling paint. Upon entry, there is a bit of a unique smell-not sure what it was. Table was a little sticky. Host met us and we were seated promptly and server arrived quickly and was patient. I do not care for the PaT kiosks. They are annoying IMO. The menu was not quite what I expected as I didn't see smokehouse options other than combining multiple items and then there were sandwiches, burgers and fajitas. Every menu page(scanned with my phone) pumps you for add-ons and drinks. The feeling you get when you buy a computer and get the whole list of options. Nachos before meal were good, salsa needs to be more for the amount of chips and would be free if you sign up for their program. I really liked the chips-light and crispy. Had the ribs and brisket. Brisket resembled pulled pork and was served on a piece of toast with barbecue sauce. Was minimal serving. Never seen that before. Ribs tasted good but soft like they were made in a roaster pan. Should have a little tug. Fries were great tasting and crispy. Corn on the cob was pretty good too. Overall not a bad experience but nothing really made the visit stand out. Staff was pleasant...

First, we had to sit in a specific booth just to be served happy hour specials. We were moved 3 times before seated. Second, the drinks came out at least 20 mins after we ordered. How hard is it to make a margarita? The second round of them had a fly in one of the drinks. You can very obviously tell the ice machine is dirty. Third, the food was just as expected, below quality and a waste of money. Even a simple a burger was not worth spending 10$ on because your hands get covered in the butter they try to mask their low quality buns in. It’s okay, I got a to go box. Fourth instead of comping our margarita with the fly, she asked if I would go ahead a pay before I was done eating so she could go on lunch. Lastly, no one greeted us as we came in, nor did they wish me a happy 4th or good day as we left.
Context is necessary because they are probably low staff, and understandingly. It’s chili’s. P.S. One of the hostess’ hit my girlfriend in the head with a menu “by accident” after listening to us make wholesome jokes about the bad service. Understanding if you’re petty, but show some professionalism chili’s.
I highly recommend this chili’s if you’re looking for some regret in your...
