This restaurant has a genuine old charm to it, while beng exceptionally clean and new. Nicely upholstered booths and chairs, oil lamps at each table, artwork on every wall. The lighting is dim and romantic. The staff was very nice. We had the french fried shrimp and the 9oz filet. All were very good portions and were quality products. Even the bread brought to the table was warm, soft, and was seemingly homemade. Very good experience. We will be back.
Update as of 6.12.17 - returned for dinner for a second time. Found an entirely different staff than the first visit, but to be fair there was only ever one staff member we saw during our first visit. The staff are very green, experienced a number of problems during our visit, and generally it was not a great experience. The ambience is still great, but I found the manager to be somewhat awkward in her social skills, our waiter was nice, but probably had too many tables for his experience level, he didn't check in much, my order was brought out incorrectly and I was told by the waiter the kitchen messed up, when the corrected order was brought the kitchen said the waiter messed up and my bill would be adjusted, my bill showed up and the adjustment was not made, I had to wait while that was corrected, in the meantime I was brought out a creme brule to find it had no actual bruled sugar on top, and finally when I asked to have my parking validated at the hostess stand... They stamped my parking ticket, but the valet still charges you for your parking (unlike any other validation I have previously experienced). This place is over priced for what you receive. Overly whipped starchy mashed potatoes, a $48 steak that was not very flavorful, and not much else. The highlight of the entire thing, and the reason I offered two stars rather than the 1 everything above would have earned, the Caesar salad made table side. The waitress did a great job, she explained everything very well, she was enjoyable, and frankly that was the best food I had all night. So thank you salad lady, you were the...

We went to Allen Rumsey tonight and were absolutely blessed by the bartender dream team: Keyanna, Anne, and Azhianae. They weren’t just bartenders—they were radiant, charismatic queens who made our night unforgettable.
From the moment we walked in, they poured love into every drink, every smile, and every interaction. They were talkative, darling, doting, so sweet, and just full of life. Each of them had their own beautiful spark, and the energy they brought behind the bar was magnetic.
Keyanna even spelled all their names out for us in the most unique, juicy way—it seriously swelled my soul. My friends and I were taken care of in every way imaginable, and the drinks? Heavenly.
These babes deserve all the praise and more. Alan Ramsey is lucky to have them.
Xo chelsie, Jeremy, colin, troy and chris appreciate you and thank them for such a...
Read moreWe were staying at the graduate and stopped in for a nightcap and it was a great decision! We inquired about the Amari flight on the menu. The sampling offered three variations of the Italian liqueur but it was the knowledge Armando, the bar manager, shared that was truly amazing. He stopped by the table multiple times to ask us our thoughts and share tips on how to best enjoy the flight. After the tasting he made two amazing cocktails tailored to what we liked from amaro. Highly recommend - especially if you are lucky enough to have Armando as...
