Very disappointing experience! Thru the years I have used you guys for birthday cakes and other parties. But this time, you literally take the cake! I ordered a cake and mini cupcakes over a week in advance for my daughter’s birthday! (Which the sheet of cake was $105!!). I called in the morning of the pick up to change my pick up time to later in the day, (which your staff said it was no problems). When I come to pick up my order, my order has not been filled at all. So your staff scrambles to get my mini cup cakes together. And then proceeds to get a half frozen cake from the back and the staff member scrambles to write happy birthday on the cake. If I wasn’t in a rush to get back home, I would have asked to get a refund. Your cake tasted like it was an old. I have never been more disappointed with the service and product. When I spend almost $200 dollars on a cake and some mini cupcakes, I expect my order to be filled and on time. But at least taste like I spent $200 dollars on it! ...

I love taking my children to the Cupcake Station. They have so much fun and they have a great variety. There is not one thing wrong with the cake mix nor any type of frosting that they make ,everything comes from scratch The Cupcake Station bakes their cupcakes absolutely perfect, different cupcakes are supposed to taste different ways we're supposed to be heavy but most are supposed to be very light and not very dense along with the frosting it is not too sweet. The Cupcake Station describes the cupcake exactly how it taste. Me and my children watch Cupcake Wars all the time on television. We have traveled long distances, just because my baby's love cupcakes. But I have to admit this by far has got to be THE BEST. The Cupcake Station-You have our vote for # 1. We are going in today because it is my daughter's birthday, however if she would like to go someplace else we will try it. But I know that we will I'm not right back at "THE CUPCAKE STATION"- SEE YOU...

Stopped here as we were walking by and wanted to grab some cupcakes. Immediately noticed the price of the cupcakes were high, but thought we'd still give it a try. Got a carrot cupcake (what's up doc) and another with a waffle cone, as well as a mini cupcake. Also grabbed one of their chocolate chip cookies. The cupcakes were good, but the cookie was dry and tasted a bit stale. The service also wasn't great. One of the workers walked away from us to make something and another worker came out and completely ignored us and walked to the back to talk to her co-worker as well. They glanced at us multiple times but didn't come to see if we wanted to order. Can only speak for our experience and what we tried, but we wouldn't come back to spend what we did on...

Ive been here a few times now, and I love this place! Their cupcakes are really good and they have a really great selection. They even have pupcakes, which my dog loves. They have ice cream and doughnuts, but I haven't tried either, though everything looks good. I love that they have mini cupcakes in addition to standard size. It's nice for when you just want a bite of something sweet or you'd like to try a couple different flavors. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The place is small, but really clean. This is one place I will always hit up whenever I'm in the area.

Very quaint little shop with a somewhat minimalist style. Very reasonable prices for specialty cupcakes. I personally had the chocolate chip cookie dough muffin and was surprised by how thick the frosting on top of the muffin was. My only disappointment was that the flavor did not carry through the muffin itself. It was a simple chocolate chip muffin under the frosting. Pleasant place to go if you ever want to just enjoy something sweet for a reasonable amount of money.

Love the location, love the cupcakes, love the variety. It's always fun to see what seasonal flavors they've come up with. The staff is apparently hit or miss. Usually there's 2 girls working the counter, and they're friendly, helpful, and patient. The guy who helped me today was so disinterested and short with his replies. He seemed bored, but bordered on rude. That's not typical of this location, so I won't hold it against them, I'd still recommend this place.
