Had the stewed plantains today my husband is Puerto Rican so hardly my first rodeo with plantains but let me tell you these are some of the best and I do mean best plantains I have ever tasted so much flavor it was amazing thou definitely eat them fresh I didn’t care for them warmed up I also got the fufu and egusi soup I loveeeed the soup such a refreshing light soup with a punch of flavor even without adding meat I personally didn’t care for the fufu my husband and daughter loved it I think it was just a texture thing for me. We also got the zobo tea I think it’s called and that was a hit with everyone one definitely a strong unique flavor iv never had anywhere else.
