Let's be honest most "Fast Food" "Dine and Leave" restaurants are just okay or average. Food to me is food if it tastes good has amazing flavor and looks okay most likely you will get a decent review.

But let's talk about what makes a 5-star review a 5 star, to begin with.

1st - the 3rd star is the basics. They are welcoming, friendly, take your order, don't rush you, and that's about it.

4th star comes from general communication and atmosphere. Being able to walk in and have a conversation with someone that has a smile on their face brings one to yours.

The 5th star, in this case, is because not only did I walk into a restaurant that had a staff with all smiling faces but I walked into a greeting but I was helped quickly and everything was above average but I saw a familiar worker at the grill that is so great at their job that I will continue to return as long as the employees there are like they are now.

As for the Manager, you truly have a great staff, and the way you run the team you are doing something correctly. Keep up the great work! Thank you for the sandwich/sub it was worth every penny and...

My husband and I had a really bad experience yesterday . We were really feeling for a nice hot chicken sandwich, for which my husband repeatedly asked about and also ordered. Well to our great Suprise once we got home to Dexter we had a roast beef sandwich in the bag . My husband don’t eat beef or pork, so we had to return. Once we got there they made another sandwich, it was very Poorly made, not much meat or vegetables. My Goodness for the love of God if I’m gonna pay $15 plus for a sandwich it should at least be made properly ! I was very disappointed in this altogether. Walked in and noticed that there was only two employees behind the register, Told them I wanted a 55 no jalapeno, they said okay, and we moved on. Service was great and the experience was nice but as I got home and unwrapped my food I noticed they had given me the wrong sun and added jalapenos unlike I had asked them to. It's not the worst thing, considering the sun they'd given me was just as good as the one I had ordered originally, but it was just a matter of wanting to try something new and not so much more of the same.
