Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Ann Arbor

When you come in here for a single sandwich, it's always made quickly. However, ordering a catered sandwich platter is quite the opposite. I placed my order ONE WEEK before it was needed, called TWO DAYS before and wanted to change the time I needed it. It took 5 minutes on hold before someone found my order, it was all screwed up (I ordered online and selected what was needed) and before I hung up with who was on the other end, they still had the wrong time and date on my order - I immediately knew I was going to have a problem when picking this order up. I show up at the time I requested, nothing was made and they had to quickly put my order together while I sit there for 20 minutes. I had to be somewhere quickly and this set us back. Come to find out, my pick up time was never changed. Got a phone call from customer service and they were anything but helpful. I will NEVER order catering from Jimmy Johns again (at least...

Pandemic customer service fatigue, as I term it, or not, the way this store is ran is a "joke" — when I visited it at least. Called and was half greeted, then got radio silence when asking if I could place a simple, one sandwich pickup order. Went in to order instead and got a blank stare from the cashier, only to still receive no greeting after saying hello. A sloppily made sandwich was presented to me, though quickly produced, with a wrapper covered in mustard and mayo. Dining in further illuminated this "joke" as I heard the manager lecture an employee about how they don't care about the customer or whether the staff did drugs during their shift unless the "big wig" was in the building. Waited an hour for my lunch to never arrive. Called to cancel my order and dealt with a very smart allick manager named Becky. If you ever have to deal with Becky make sure to bring your patience as to she loves to speak over you in a rude and smart manner. I never once recieved an apology and when I informed Becky that I'd like a refund for my order since I'd waited an hour and hadn't recieved anything, her response was "well we cant predict the future." Horrible service and have to wait 3 to 5 business days for a refund. I never leave reviews but the way I was treated by them is comical.
