McDonald's — Restaurant in Ann Arbor

Me and my partner had an online order for 6 Mcchickens plain with no cheese which I feel like is pretty simple so we go through the drive through and go home like normal only to get home and have cheese on only one burger, since we had to pay extra we went back to get the cheese on the sandwiches. The first person we talked to was very nice and said he would speak to the manager but to go to the second window where we could get the right food. The lady at the next window was pretty short with us just saying to keep the wrong ones since we touched them then went to go check on our food. Then, another employee gives us a freezie and then goes back to what he was doing but with the window still open the lady we were talking to says that wasn't for them and he just shrugs. The lady says to keep it again since we touched, didn't drink it or anything but touched it and to pull to the door. When she gave us the right food she said the manager wanted the wrong ones back and at that point we were just tired and wanted to go home so we just gave it to her and she just walked away. Mind you, the manager never came to talk to us themselves once and the only thing we got for pretty much our entire meal being messed up was a freezie we didn't ask for and a half hazard have a good day. As a Google guide I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt and write a fair review. Honestly this place deserves 1 star. They have multiple ordering kiosks for the drive through. The lady took the orders in the wrong order in line. She aparently did not relay this mistake to the man taking money because he charged the person in the car in front of me the wrong order. We then all had to wait for them to correct the issue. During this time I saw 7 different cars get out of line and leave since it took so long. When I finally got to pay she had to reinput my order in which I paid. I went to get my food and discovered that she didn't reinput my order correct from the receipt of my order in front of her and missed my extra sweet and sour sauce. I asked the lady handing out food for my extra sauce and she refused and also refused for me to pay right there for an extra one. I gave up and drove away after 20 minutes with nuggets and fri3d that had been sitting in the bag the entire time since they were no longer warm and a drink with half melted ice and a straw soaked to the point I needed a new one.

The restaurant was well-situated and appeared to be well-maintained, although I do believe a bit more attention could be given to cleanliness in certain areas.

The seating area was comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the chairs they had. They added an extra level of comfort to my dining experience, which was a pleasant surprise.

When it came to the food, I found it to be satisfying and met my expectations. Additionally, I was impressed with the speed at which our order was prepared and brought out to us. Ordering through the mobile app was a breeze and definitely made the process faster and more convenient. I highly recommend utilizing the app as it allows you to easily select your desired items and also makes redeeming rewards a seamless experience.
