So based on previous reviews and my experience yesterday, rudeness is a feature, not a bug. Everything was fine until I needed a knife. I asked the older guy at the counter (most likely the owner) for one and he proceeded to hand me one that was unwrapped. I asked him nicely if I could instead have one that was wrapped. He was clearly annoyed and didn’t try to hide it. He didn’t speak or smile throughout the entire brief interaction either. Dude, it was a freaking knife and it was right there. Why are you in the customer service business, Basil Fawlty, if you don’t like people? And yeah, you clearly must not need the money like someone else said if you can afford to treat customers like this. Aside from that, the pizza is good, but the poor service experience will keep me from returning. No pizza is worth supporting a business that doesn’t care about customers. Also, having spent years working in food service myself after finishing culinary school (and servsafe certified), some tips: 1) the guy tossing the crust needs to remove his watch because it keeps coming into contact with the dough and 2) the girl who’s running the cash register AND handling food needs to wear a hat and stop that ponytail from...
Read moreThis Pizza is fine. It's kind of cool to watch it get made in front of you and then put in wood burning oven. I was just really put off by how rude the man, who I think is the owner, was to his employees. There was a young man working who seemed like he was fairly new, and the owner was just so condescending to him over every little issue. And then the owner made me the wrong Pizza. He just made a different type of pizza. And I was totally fine with that and laid back and couldn't care less but it was just interesting to see him be so dismissive of his employees for minor mistakes and then he makes the completely wrong pizza. And I was the only one there.
Also, I've probably had the wrong order made for me at a pizza place or somewhere similar a dozen times in my life. And when that happens, they always give or offer to give you the wrong order as well as your correct one. I understand he's under no obligation to do that, but like what are you going to do with that pizza you made by accident? Maybe give it to me for my time, let me try it out? It's not like you're going to hand it to someone else if they happen to walk in and order that...
Read morePizza Pazza is a hidden gem! It was such a pleasant surprise to find authentic, Napoli-style pizza here. The flavors were spot-on, with that perfect balance of fresh ingredients, light crust, and delicious toppings. Truly some of the best pizza I’ve had in a while.
What makes this place even more unique is that it’s located inside a mini market. The market itself is fantastic—filled with a wide selection of exclusive products that you don’t typically find elsewhere. Honestly, just walking around the market feels like an experience in itself. It’s almost an attraction, with so many interesting items that you’ll want to take home.
The staff at Pizza Pazza were very friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall experience. Between the amazing pizza, the warm service, and the unique setting, this is definitely a spot worth visiting. I’ll absolutely be coming back to Pizza Pazza in the near future, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal in a...
