Wonderful atmosphere & service. Weber's Restaurant is an outstanding dining destination that left a lasting impression on me. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy ambiance that made me feel right at home. The menu offers a delightful selection of dishes, ranging from classic comfort food to sophisticated gourmet options. I tried their signature steak, and it was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful. The presentation was top-notch, reflecting the attention to detail that goes into every dish. The service was impeccable throughout the meal. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and provided excellent recommendations. They ensured that my dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. In addition to the delicious food and impeccable service, the restaurant's decor exudes elegance and sophistication. The dining area was well-appointed, creating a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Weber's also boasts an impressive wine list and a variety of delectable desserts. I couldn't resist trying their famous cheesecake, and it was heavenly. The only slight drawback was that the restaurant can get quite busy, so making a reservation in advance is recommended to avoid any waiting time. Overall, Weber's Restaurant exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The combination of delectable cuisine, impeccable service, and refined ambiance makes it a must-visit for any food enthusiast. Whether it's a special occasion or a casual dinner, Weber's is the perfect spot to indulge in a memorable dining experience. I can't wait to return and explore more of their culinary delights.

I've been going to Webers for almost 5 decades and it has been a top choice in our family for most of our birthdays and anniversary meals. Unfortunately after last night's experience, I don't know if we will be back. It was my husband's birthday dinner and because our service and food experience was so poor that he kept apologizing to me cause I was so annoyed that it was so far off from the Webers experience that we know and love. He should not have felt he had to apologize during his birthday meal. Other people we had talked to that day who normally love Webers like us had warned of the drop in quality of their experience and unfortunately we found out the hard way we should have gone some place else like they had warned us too. Our waitress was horrid. I don't know if we were her first table and she had just started, but her training must have been terrible and lacking. The table next to us had a different waitress who was awesome and attentive to her table and I had huge waitstaff envy. We had to call for ours at least 3 times because she was legit not ever in our section. We ordered our drinks and she tried bolting away, had to ask her to stay so we could put in our appetizers and she obviously looked and acted dismissive and rushed. Had to call her in at the end of our apps cause she still hadn't bothered to take our main course meal. I've never still had menus at the table at a nicer establishment that late in the meal before. We've always had great service in the past but she would have been poor even at a fast casual restaurant. We've always felt that tipping upwards of 25% at Webers in the past, but felt cheated giving her a 10% tip. The food was also sub par. The whitefish pate was almost devoid of taste, this is normally a favorite. I ordered the lobster bisque, another long time favorite, and that was also incredibly bland. I sent that back as it wasn't worth the calories. I got the escargot and that was better, but still bland. Instead of the puff pastry you used to get or the toast points you standardly receive, I was given these super hunks of toasted chapati bread. I was so confused.... its not like I was going to manhandle them into the appropriate size for eating with the escargot. Its the absolute wrong bread for this. At least the ribeye was good, but by that time I was so disappointed and over my experience for the evening that it didn't even matter. I am legit stunned. I don't know why everything was so poor and frankly it will be one of the last places I will want to go to in the future. Such a disappointment for our celebratory evening

Decided on a whim to stop by here from a long trip back to Detroit. Of all the places to pick, fortunately this one was a good one. The decor is fantastic; exemplary for what you'd expect from an upscale establishment. Loved the dim lighting and the arrangements of the rooms were very nice to look at. I arrived during breakfast, so I got the blueberry pancakes, hash browns, and egg sandwich(w/meat[bacon]) to go, and got a mimosa while I waited. All the food was simply perfect. Hash browns had the right ratio of softness interior to crisp exterior. The egg sandwich was to DIE for; it had so much egg, and the perfectly-crisped bacon tasted fabulous(didn't even have to tell them to crisp the fatty part, which I ALWAYS forget, then regret later, lol). The blueberry pancakes were sublime, and the maple syrup was so good, I didn't have to use my personal syrup at home; an indicator of its high quality. A+ to the cooking staff =03. The mimosa tasted good though I should have gotten something more "wine" based, as that is what I prefer, but I was just trying it out(new to drinking). I don't think I got the bartender's name, but it was a really nice experience talking with her. She made me feel right at home, even though I was just in a shirt and jogging pants(felt out of place since the establishment looked fancy). It was brief, but I couldn't ask for a better experience here with her(thank you \(^,^ ) ). Pretty much a 5★ experience through and through. Sad I don't live just a bit closer(~1hr), but this experience makes me want to make the trek to try their dinner and baking menu.

We made reservations to celebrate our 9 year Anniversary at Weber's. We frequent Ann Arbor, but this was our first visit to the restaurant. We will definitely be back! Our waitress Kelly was phenomenal! She asked about any dietary restrictions immediately after taking our drink orders. She brought me the gluten free menu and told us about the daily specials. They started us off with a bread basket with fresh baked bread, some toasted, butter and pate, which I skipped but my partner greatly enjoyed. We had the shrimp cocktail as an appetizer. The shrimp were humongous and full of flavor! My filet mignon was cooked with a wonderful char on the outside but still a perfect medium on the inside. The whipped potatoes were the best I've ever had, which is saying a lot because potatoes are my favorite food! My partner said the prime rib was a perfect medium rare and the au jus added additional flavor. We were so stuffed we couldn't order dessert, which was disappointing as they had a wonderful menu of delicious treats! Halfway through our meal we noticed they started the live entertainment with a piano player. It was a delightful surprise that added to the ambiance of the evening. I can't wait to go back! I'll be ordering the scallops next time!
