McDonald's — Restaurant in Anoka

Unfortunately, this was the worst trip I've ever made to McDonald's! I went in at 15 minutes before closing and asked for buttermilk tenders meal, I was told that they weren't able to serve them until the following day, so before I actually processed what I was being told, I asked if I was able to get a buttermilk chicken sandwich meal still. I was told yes. So.....after ten minutes of waiting for this sandwich, I took off for home. Thinking about the excuse I was given for not allowing me to order what I wanted. As I was pondering how this food is cooked, it came to me! I had just been handed the stupidest excuse, and the largest crate of BS i have ever heard! Chicken strips are frozen when you cook them, not thawed and then dumped into the deep fryer! We don't thaw any type of frozen food before throwing it in the oven at home! How lazy, and sad! If the sign outside says your open, and your menu shows what is available to order, then you should be able to order it until you close! Otherwise, just shut the menu off and don't serve anything 15 minutes before you close! After I was done with my fries, and bit into what I thought was a hot buttermilk chicken sandwich, I just about regurgitated!! Part of the sandwich was deep fried, and almost a third of it was raw! I mean red raw....... I had to actually pull over, as I wasn't real sure anything I had already eaten was going to stay down! I'm thouroghly disgusted! They are getting it back tomorrow!...

This is the second time we have visited in 2 weeks. The first time I ordered a cookie tote waited 10 minutes my number was skipped. I questioned them about it and still took a few minutes for them to come back. Tonight the experience was pleasant in the beginning but turned ugly. I went up to the counter because the ketchup dispenser was either out or jot working properly. I got 5 packets of ketchup for 3 happy meals and a combo meal for myself wow pretty much 1 packet per person stingy much. Then they forgot my sons ranch with his nuggets and he literally stood at the counter for 5 minutes and was ignored. I finally went up to the counter myself. The one heavier set blonde asked me about the fries and I said I dont know as that wasn't my order and that my son had been standing up here for 5 minutes and all the employees walked past him. She apologized but it wasn't meant. I will not return to this location even though I live right down the road. This restaurant is dirty, and has rude employees who dont care. The only good employee was what appeared to be a manager a shorter Asian girl who was friendly when taking my order, and even brought my food to my table, other then the interaction with her it was a horrible experience once again in...

I came here 2 nights ago and have been trying to finalize my opinion of how I feel before writing this.

I went through the drive through and order a 10 piece nug nug and then I change my mind and said make it a 20 instead. The screen showed only the 20 piece so I thought I was good. I pull up to window and pay for my food and realize these nugs are are my brother I should make sure he gets sauce. When I got to the second window ( btw I hate being this kind of person who asks for sauce at the second window, if you know you want extra sauce just order it and do be annoying ) so I asked how much they charge for extra sauce because I didn't want to be the person to ask for a bunch of free sauce.

Now here is the only reason why I didn't give this trip a 1 star, the employee said "oh no , we never charge for extra sauce. I got you." So in my mind I'm like I really like this person she was very nice about it. And I get my food and drink and leave. Get home and look in the bag.

I got no straw for my drink, and 2 sauces for each 10 piece which is the normal amount when I asked for more and she said all that above. Also I looked at receipt and I paid for 30 nuggets instead of...
