McDonald's — Restaurant in Antioch

I honestly started not to do a review about what happened on November 24th 2017 around 5 a.m. it bothered me so much so I had to write a review .this is my first review ever. me and my best friend went through the drive-thru window to order some food. Lorena come on the speakerbox and immediately said in a very rude voice that they're not serving lunch they're only serving breakfast. so she asked us what we want to order in a very rude way. So I proceeded to tell her the breakfast ordered, which was a sausage McMuffin, a sausage McMuffin with egg, with a McGriddle. Soon as I said McGriddle she told us the total ( rushing us) and we was never done ordering our food. So I also told her that we wanted a orange juice and a caramel frappe and once again she gave me the total immediately after and my best friend wanted a hash brown so once again she's rushing us.So at this point I'm a little irritated because I'm thinking to myself she must not want to work today or she doesn't like her job because she's apparently being so rude and unprofessional. I can understand if it was a line or it was really busy but honestly it was me and a car behind me that's it so I don't see why she was rushing and I don't see why she was so rude so I pulled up to the window and it was a nice young man that was very very polite he took the money and I proceeded to go to the next window and it was Lorena. She gave us our drinks didn't say hi didn't say anything or like oh I'll be right back with your food nothing so she gives us our food and I asked her do you like your job she said yes and I told her apparently you do not because you didn't have to be very rude so now I set there and I talk to her 4 minute and. She left her shoulders like she didnt care,I'm not going to lie I told her that I will waste her time since she wasted mines once again like I said I never write reviews but i had to one this one. I hope n pray that...

I dont normally leave fast food reviews, but this was just such an awful experience, and thats saying something for McDonald's. reading other reviews on here and yelp i feel like if they get enough neg reviews maybe theyll do something. If I could leave ZERO stars. I would. Worst experience ever with McDonald's this past weekend. My boyfriend and I wanted to grab a quick dessert after a long days drive and a wonderful and fun afternoon when we finally got to our destination. Staff was incredibly rude. The cashier was snarky and rude when he asked my boyfriend about our order and number, and then was more interested in being on his phone rather than doing his job. Stood right infront of the register ignoring us for the most part and not doing anything about the order while he was on his phone then he hid behind the wall before bolting to sit down. Leaving us to wait an abnormal long time for our order. When a equally rude girl started to redo our order because he gave us the pie and cookies before the last bit of our order was even ready. Rather than getting up to do the job he should've been doing. He screamed at her from across the lobby. She didn't understand him and instead of both making an effort to make sure the order was complete and correct and to help her understand. They proceeded to yell back and forth with him sitting in the lobby on his phone. When we finally got the McFlurry the lady who had started to redo our order aggressively slapped it on the counter rather than handing it to me. Very poor atmosphere and customer service. The establishment needs to either be closed or the whole crew needs to be fired. Esp3cially if your going to have employees more interested in being on their phone and being aggressive to customers. That's how you lose business. Unless something changes, I wont...

EVER SINCE THIS MCDONALDS WAS RENOVATED, THEY HAVE SCREWED UP ORDERS EVERY SINGLE MONTH!!!....I'VE GOTTEN THE WRONG ORDERS CONSTANTLY, THEIR SLOW, UNINFORMED IT SEEMS, AND AFTER MIDNIGHT - THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THE HELL THEIR DOING. JUST TONIGHT I ORDERED A SWEET TEA - THE GUY AT THE WINDOW GIVES IT TO ME AND SAYS "HERES YOUR SWEET TEA", I GET HOME - ITS A DAMN COKE!!!!!. ANOTHER TIME AFTER 11PM, I ORDERED THE SAME THING, I GET HOME - IT'S A FREAKIN' UNSWEETENED TEA!!. A THIRD TIME AFTER HOURS, ORDERED THE SAME - I GET HOME - IT'S A SWEET TEA THAT WAS BARELY SWEET. ANOTHER TIME I ORDERED 10 PIECE NUGGETS AND A SIDE SALAD, THE CHICK COMES TO THE WINDOW WITH A HUGE BAG. BECAUSE I WAS IN A HURRY TO GET HOME AND USE MY RESTROOM I DIDN'T CHECK THE BAG UNTIL I GOT INTO MY KITCHEN....THEY GAVE ME ENOUGH FOOD TO FEED 4 PEOPLE!!! .......THEY DON'T PAY ATTENTION, THE MANAGERS DON'T SEEM TO MONITOR THE STAFF FOR QUALITY AFTER HOURS, AND THEY DON'T GIVE RECIEPTS UNLESS YOU ASK. ...THE SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION STINKS, IT SUCKS, AND THE NIGHT AND DAY SHIFT MANAGERS EITHER SHOULD BE FIRED OR GO BACK TO THE TRAINING ROOM. SLOW STAFF THAT CAN'T FIGURE OUT THEIR HEAD FROM THEIR ASS NEED TO BE PUT OUT!!! .....I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO CHECK MY ORDER EACH AND EVERY TIME I GO TO A DRIVE THRU OR COME INSIDE. THEY ARE THE ONLY FAST FOOD JOINT THAT I'VE BEEN TO IN ANTIOCH OR PITTSBURG WITH THIS PROBLEM!!! ....IF YOU WANT YOUR ORDER SCREWED UP - THEN THIS IS THE SPOT FOR YOU. YOU'D BE BETTER OFF EATING AT BURGER KING NEXT DOOR, OR IN & OUT BURGER AROUND THE CORNER, OR CARLS JR!!! THOSE PLACES NEVER HAVE SCREWED UP MY...
