Ramen 101 — Restaurant in Antioch

Let me begin by saying that you’ll have to view the menu and place your order AT THE COUNTER after walking in before your seated. (Drinks too) If you order water you have to get it yourself and they are small PAPER CUPS. At the table there is a very detailed sign on the wall about how you must HAVE YOUR MASK ON AT ALL TIMES unless you are “ACTIVELY EATING” even if your chewing your food lmao. If you order any of the Hawaiian plates they will serve it to you in a to-go plastic box. The young girl at the counter was nice but when bringing our condiments to-go utensils, she literally threw them on our table. They surprisingly served the ramen bowls in actual bowls. The whole dine in experience was giving VERY CHEAP 👎🏽 VERY FRUGAL 👎🏽and made the entire time very disappointing. We paid a little over $100 with $13 just for the drinks alone. We expected especially for our first time to at least get what we paid for. They were also playing the Disney movie “Inside Out” on the tv but there were no kids there LOL. THIS PLACE WAS TRASH and if it wasn’t for the other location in Concord being so busy- we wouldn’t have settled for this location and we will NEVER eat at this place again. If I could give zero...

Okay the food here is great — but today was my third visit and the SECOND time they’ve gotten my order wrong. Sigh. Double check your order ppl, untie and unpack the bag. First visit I ordered squid legs and they didn’t add to my order. Had to order again & wait again. This time I ordered the fried squid legs and instead they gave me the whole squid. What in the heck? And sadly I ordered in afternoon for dinner later so by time I opened it up they were closed. Very disappointed in not getting what I asked for and thought I paid for. Great food but the ppl working the register appear to either be confused by the buttons or just not paying attention. Check. Your. Order....

Tonight was my first time going into Ramen 101. It sounded good to my son, and the photos of the food at their window looked like it might hit the spot. I was not expecting the great experience I had!

The young man who took our order was extremely friendly, hospitable, personable and knowledgeable.
