On the morning of 10/1/17 around 10:15 ish my wife and I visited your location for coffee donuts and my wife a breakfast sandwich we paid for our order, While I was waiting I could not help but notice that one of the gentleman Inparticular Not wearing a hat to contain his Long Hair, but a hat visor, it’s my thought that the purpose of a hat or a visor in which it should be a hairnet if it’s over a certain length which this gentleman and most of the people that were working with the food and over the food should clearly be using, but this particular gentlemen has excessively long hair and it’s more of Fashion statement for him as the visor was clearly not holding his hair in place. This young Gentleman had his Hair pulled over the visor and as he was prepping food frequently shaking his hair moving From in-front of his face. This young man would shake his head to move his hair out of the way when he would look at someone and or uses hand to move it out of his face! To see that this Manager Allows The improper wearing of a Company uniform that is designed to protect their Customers from the unwelcome gift of(Dander even more a 3”-4”inch long Hair included within a breakfast sandwich for instance) unknowingly!!! One can appreciated the fact that this hairpiece is more of a fashion statement !!! Yet it was clear that This Manager did not have an issue with it !!! And or letting anyone’s hair flow freely into a unsuspecting customers food. Take note this gentleman just needed or needs some proper direction as everybody does in any job as well as in life. I called upon him asking for some utensils his response was,yes sir let me get them for you. A polite and kind young man! The Manager should’ve Addressed it The first time it was worn this way, which clearly shows management does not know the proper guidelines around food and it’s preparation etiquette, Somebody (Management staff) clearly need some retraining !!!
The Food Code requires all employees who work with unpackaged food, clean equipment or utensils, or food contact surfaces to wear hair restraints that keep their hair from contacting exposed food; clean equipment, utensils, and linens,; and unwrapped single-service and single-use articles and prevent the employee from needing to touch their hair to keep it out of their face. Head coverings worn correctly, such as hair nets, hats, caps, or scarves, can accomplish this. If I could post a picture or short video it would...
Read moreThis is one of the places that I would give a Negative score to if I could. In the last few month they have gone downhill very quickly. At work we depend on caffeine and coffee, we also have to use the mobile app so the order is ready to pick up and leave. There have been multiple times where we place our order ahead, we get there and they inform us that they don't have the items we ordered and they don't have access to the app to refund us our money. On another occasion, I ordered a Hot Tea ahead on the app to be ready on my way to work. I get there and the place is dark (It is open 24 Hrs) and there is a car parked in the drive-thru. I pulled up and the lady said she is the baker, but no one showed up for work for the night. I asked what I was supposed to do about my drink and she said I would have to contact corporate. I filled out the information on the app for a refund and they still have not given it to me. That was 3-4 weeks ago. Last night we ordered coffee at 1:00am and I went to pick it up and no one answered the drive-thru speaker. I drove up to the window and the girl open it and said she was the only one there for the night, she had just been hired and doesn't know how to work the drink machines so she couldn't make our drinks and could not refund either. Basically after the manager Tristan left, they have not been fully staffed, they stop serving any doughnuts after 6:00pm and half of their staff is rude and seems annoyed to...
Read moreI love Dunkin but whoever owns this location needs to go get an entire new crew including the manager. On 09/17/23 at 2:15 in the afternoon I went through the drive through. I don’t think I’ve ever received worse service at DD in my life. After 10 minutes of no one answering at the drive through I drove up to the window and told a woman employee that I thought the speaker was broken. To which she responded no it isn’t. I said, are you sure because if it’s not broken, then why didn’t anyone respond when I said hello.. at which point she walked away. I believe it was then the manager that walked up to the register to put in change. I told him again I thought the speaker was broken and that no one had taken my order. He then said no it’s not broken we are Just extremely busy and continued working. Did not take my order and did not say anything. Meanwhile, the parking lot had all of three cars in it and there was one person standing inside while five employees did literally nothing to help anyone. After a couple more minutes I drove away. They clearly don’t care about your business. I tried to find an email for the owner of this location to make him aware privately bc I hate to deter business from DD. Sadly I wasn’t able to find one hence the review. Please get better employees. This current group is going to end up getting this location shut down with all the...
