walked in the store, the cashier was on her phone talking to somebody else and helping another customer. didn't greet me, did not even acknowledge me until I asked for what I came in the store to buy, at which point she completely ignored me but walked over to the products I was buying, and grabbed the wrong one, so I told her that that product is not what I wanted. finally I'm graced with any kind of acknowledgement by being told "well this is not actually for you I'm actually helping another customer, I don't know what you want and you don't know what we have. how old are you?", to which I replied, "I'm 19", at which point she tries telling me that juul products are for people 21 and over and that I can come back when I'm 21 so I interrupt her and tell her that it's actually only restricted to 18 years of age for tobacco products in Florida, and that alcohol is restricted to ages 21 and over. she then obviously didn't care about any customer in the store, because she's going between talking to me and the other customer she was already helping (whom she's barely paying attention to at this point), and talking to whoever on her phone. mind you, it was a video call, so she's also constanly looking down at her phone. she then asks me what juul product I wanted (clearly she didn't actually care that she was helping someone before me in the first place since I have all of her attention at this point), to which I told her "like you said, I don't know what you guys have." and basically walked out before the situation could escalate. extremely dissatisfied with the glaring lack of customer service at this establishment, unfortunately they're a licensed drug dealer so their business will not suffer much because of it. but if you find being treated with dignity as a customer important to you, I would suggest you...
