REGGAE INFUSED BITES — Restaurant in Apopka

I couldn’t even take a pic because I’m little and greedy lol. Yesterday 10/3, I drove 35 mins to Reggae Infused Bites for the first time after google where I can find some good Escovitch. This was My first time pulling up to Reggae Infused Bites or even knowing about them and they are amazing. They greet you when you walk up with smiles, no attitudes, nice vibes. I ordered the Escovitch-Fish with white rice with brown stew gravy on top of rice. Plantains, spicy peppers OMG!!!!! The best place I have order Escovitch fish was went I visited Jamaica a few years back and once I came back home it was hard to find a great cook that makes and cooks with love and happiness. We ordered the oxtail plate(paid for extra oxtail), Loaded jerk fries, fried chicken, and a beef patty. The ladies were super friendly the food was so good and flavorful. I, personally, like my oxtail falling off the bone however it was still tender, and the cabbage and rice with peas were Chef's kiss delicious!! The chicken in the Loaded jerk fried was amazing, you can really taste the grilled jerk flavor. The fried chicken was juicy and crunchy and the Beef patty was flaky and delicious. This was the absolute best meal I had in a long time. I felt as if I was home. The Oaxtails plater is what I ordered and it was enough for two people to eat. The rice n peas has the right amount of coconut milk you can definitely taste. Oaxtails cooked to perfection and the cabbage was on point.
