Subway — Restaurant in Apopka

Let me start by saying the Manager there is always there no matter the time I go in… she greets everyone as soon as they come thru the door, I’ve seen her struggle with a smile on her face when she is on her own and has a long line she ensures everyone has a great experience and the food let me tell ya’ll I asked her one day to make me her fav sub her way and ever since then it’s all I eat. This woman deserves her own franchise or at least more money because she goes above and beyond for everyone that comes thru the door… I am terrible with names and I apologize today out of all days I was rushing and she cater like any other day she was doing something in the back and saw me and created me and ensure I got everything I wanted… she informed me she had just restock with freshly cut meat and Omg when I say the sub today excel my expectations I had to tell the world! When I arrived there was not a single parked car. I should have heeded that warning a found another place to eat but alas I went in to find no one not even a sandwich artist. She finally came around the corner with trash in hand. Didn't say a word to me just kept taking out the trash and replacing trash bags. Finally with a grimace on her face she asked what I wanted. I told her what kind of bread and I swear she only cut 3 inches of bread off the loan for my sandwich. I asked for double meat like always and it wouldn't fit on the small piece of bread she cut. There was no way I was going to be able to eat it as a sandwich. She did not smile once or act professional toward me in any manner. The employees here are ral nice. I like this Subway. You get effitand friendly service. With that being said 3 weeks ago a girl made our sandwiches.She had her mask down on her chin and she was talking and asking us what we wanted and you know how you have to project. But she was projecting over the food,all the food . Corona virus cooties running around and she's making our sandwiches with no mask.
