If I could give it no stars for service I would!! My sisters, my husband, brother in law and cousin walked in looking for a chill place. Thought we had found it, but barely 5 minutes in the bartender comes over to round us up like cattle, waving his finger in the air saying “I need everybody’s ID’s!” In a demanding tone. I did get his name, unfortunately! He was wearing a black hat and all black sport coat, slacks and button up shirt. Along with a black mask. I told him he could have asked nicely, because understandably he needed to check identification. We do not care if you’re just doing your job. We get that, we aren’t ignorant! After he proceeded to round us up like cattle, he turns to my cousin and again in a demanding tone tells him no vaping in here! Again, these are rules of the establishment and we respect that. However, respect goes both ways and he was disrespectful to us from get go. Mind you, my cousin is an army man, as well as my brother in law , so none of this was okay. As they are respectful men. Another thing to mention is this was our very first time ever attending this establishment. So, I wrote this review in hopes to warn people of the type of service you might encounter. I said I would write a review...

Yesterday was the last straw..Appleton Octoberfest..We got there at noon when they opened. After about 30 minutes, .they freaked out because a glass accidentally got knocked off the table and broke. They were swearing at us and told us to get out. They told us they didn’t need our business. I also know others they have said that too. So, since they don’t need our business, they won’t be getting it. Kudos to the others who were not even with us who walked out behind us realizing the bartenders were being rude and ridiculous. Guess the bartenders are...
Read moreThey had a really nice beer garden there so people could smoke and still enjoy their drinks. It wasn't that cold out there given that it was a cold night. Drink costs weren't that reasonable. 1 shot of Jack Daniels was $4.50 and a small rail rum and coke was $4.00. The bartenders with the well manicured facial hair weren't really that engaging or fun, they seemed to be more haughty and uptight. There was a 3rd bartender while we were there though that made up for it a bit by being very attentive to people.
The bar layout isnt bad, but the floor gets a bit crowded very quickly and there aren't many spots indoors that really let you chill...
