Eco Candle Co. — Local services in Appleton

I stopped in earlier today to view their inventory. I own a retail florist in Southern Wisconsin and was considering buying their candles wholesale to resale in my flower shop. After speaking with the sales clerk about their selection (which was very nice), she approached the owner to speak with me further about their wholesale program. The sales person came back to tell me that she was a bit preoccupied to speak with me. The owner & her husband was outside looking at their store signage. Both of them came inside and walked by me twice and never said a word. It is such a shame when people assume your not worth their time and effort due to appearance and nationality. At that point, I was so disappointed by the owner’s behavior, that I no longer wanted to purchase anything from them! Never would I treat a potential client this way! ...

Hands down, the BEST candle store ever! While I don't permanently live in the area, whenever I am in downtown Appleton - it is an absolute must that I stop in and stock up on some candles! I love the tea lights and how you can put together your own personal pack of 10 for only like $11! I find that to be a great deal. I also love that they are made of soy and the quality of burn + smell is top notch! You can always find wonderful scents and various sizes throughout the changing of seasons. I cannot recommend this place enough!

EDIT : I just purchased a 16oz. candle for the first time and I am excited to burn it! They had a special for 10% off and I also had an additional 10% off for being a part of their rewards program. I found out that they do ship throughout the U.S. so you can purchase...

I am just blown away by this amazing company! This is my first time shopping with Eco Candle Co. The communication and the attention to detail is beyond compare! Their generosity with candle samples and even including a different sample candle in every holder I purchased! In this day and age of companies giving their customers less and less with every transaction, Eco Candle Co. spoils their customers with little gifts and surprise samples! How refreshing!! I am canceling all my subscriptions to those other bloated candle companies who only care about their bottom line. I will now be a loyal customer of Eco Candle Co. And I’m doing my part to support the environment too!! It’s a win win for everyone!...
