Let's start out with the most obvious statement here and feedback for this business. Quadry and Matt both work very hard keeping this business running along with their intern who is assisting them. Customers who are looking to purchase high end quality products, along with streetwear that will appeal to others, this may be your only location available in the Fox Valley area you have. Even if there were other competitors in the area, I personally would still consider DVSN1 as a store to shop at and make purchases before any others. Take advantage of this opportunity like DVSN1 because these hardworking individuals run this store and their website with a smaller staff then other companies who average around five plus staff members. Not only do they have great customer service, but they have top tier knowledge in the field of clothing and can answer any questions you may have on brand, products, or accessories they have available. This location alone will be a huge reason why the Fox Valley area blows up in terms of style, fashion, and the meaning behind outfits. Very rude employee, will take my business elsewhere from now on. When my teenage son was interested in trying on a shoe, we followed the rules and asked for assistance, and since my son wanted to try them on before committing to the purchase (doesn’t everyone want to try on a shoe before committing to buying?) he wouldn’t let him try it on. He said something along the lines of “typically we don’t allow someone to try them on unless they intend to purchase them” how are you supposed to know without being able to try them on?!
