This is the second time my kids have gone for happy meals and had everything come back to us wrong. I should have checked before I left but I was in a hurry... we sat at the window for almost ten minutes waiting for someone to speak to us. When we got home the meals were mixed up. I called and spoke to a manager who was great! He told me to come back and reorder and they'd get us their right orders. When I came in the second manager wanted us to give back the other food (which they've never done before so I told my hungry kids to just eat because hey we're getting crabby and hungry!) I told her this, and the other manager told her not to worry about it, and just get the other meals together. She was rude, and really seemed like she didn't want to do anything to help us. I was happy exchanging the items that were wrong and the manager I spoke to on the phone said it wasn't an issue for them to just redo both meals. (The first time this happened the other manager was fantastic as well) I really felt like she was not happy that I was asking anything of this situation, a situation that was ultimately her staffs fault which is a direct reflection her management. Read moreWent in through drive thru and it was ok. Loved Mintys personality, very friendly and quick with her job but the second window person was very quiet. She handed our food without talking so I didn’t know she was giving our food since I was talking to a friend. She stood there just holding the food without saying anything almost like she hated being there and stared at us. No smile or nothing. Very awkward when I noticed her just holding the food. Wished she said something at least like “here’s your bag” all she said was “have a great night”. This McDonald need more employees WILLING to actually acknowledge their job and communicate. I’ve been here multiple times and each time it’s getting worse. Also giving it a 2 star because our fries were soggy even tho I was the only person in line. They also gave the wrong size of fries (order large got a medium) and sauce for both of my happy meal which sucks needless to say it was the same girl who hand out my food that was putting my order together....

My mom just had a major foot surgery and she wasn't able to leave the house for a few days. It was a few days after her surgery and I was taking care of her. We decided to go to the McDonalds drive through to get a midnight snack. It meant a lot to her because it was her first time being out of the house in a while, even if it was just in the car going through a drive though. When we got there and started ordering, the staff was so kind and patient with her. She's been on medication that makes her a little foggy, so she changed her mind a few times. But the drive through staff didn't mind at all, they were so informative and helpful. The young woman that handed us out food had a big smile and was so polite to us too.
