Starbucks — Restaurant in Appleton

Went in this last weekend with my daughter and her 3 friends. Took a bit to order but there was only one girl working so I can understand that. Unfortunately, they didn't have 3 of the drinks we wanted and it was a bit of a mess behind the counter. I did receive an email asking for my opinion so I did tell them what had happened. To my surprise I actually received an email back from Adam, explaining their order was sent to the wrong store and offering me a drink when I come in for my next visit.
